Episode 6 of No Tail to Tell is titled "The False Kindness", and it starts with Woo-seok, startled to know that Eun-ho is no longer a Gumiho, and Si-yeol and she are trying to find a way back to their original lives. This happens when Geum-ho appears and reveals that she has found a way.
Before Woo-seok could express himself, Eun-ho asks Geum-ho to erase his memories. Since she's an eight-tailed fox, Woo-seok's memory about this day will come back one day.
Geum-ho is then invited inside the house, where she eats ramyeon made by Si-yeol. She feels energized and finally reveals that the solution is to switch fates with Eun-ho. This means Guem-ho will become a human and Eun-ho an eight-tailed fox, who can continue to cultivate herself to become a powerful Gumiho.
Meanwhile, Mr. Lee is out of prison and is searching for Si-yeol. He's surprised to learn that Si-yeol is broke, and still Eun-ho was with him. The Gumiho only makes rich clients, which makes Mr. Lee more curious about her.
He then learns about Woo-seok's friendship with Si-yeol and decides to meet him. Back at Si-yeol's house, Eun-ho mentions that the power above is scamming Geum-ho.
If she becomes a human, she will lead a miserable life only to die one day. However, Si-yeol cuts her off and says that being human isn't that bad.
