Not Suitable for Work Episode 4 followed Kel's ad going viral and his med school secret coming out, leaving his parents upset. Meanwhile, Abby starts secretly getting closer to Austin, and Josh gets stuck in a weird internet conspiracy about his boss. The episode also shows AJ and Bill kissing each other after the work win.
In Episode 5, the chaos only increases as AJ tries to ignore their kiss but isn't able to. After going viral, Kel chooses to do acting, and Abby, who was getting closer to Austin, gets caught working with him. Just when things couldn't get any more chaotic, Josh ends up sleeping with Elena after leaving Paula angry.

Not Suitable For Work Episode 4 recap: Kel's med school truth is revealed and Josh makes things worse online
In Episode 4, Kel faces a new situation after his face ends up on a billboard promoting a jaw surgery that he never had. As a result, he tells his parents in the end that he left med school after they find out about the billboard. While the news leaves his parents kind of disappointed, it helps him at least stand up for himself and his passion.
While Kel can't stop thinking of Abby, viewers see a growing bond between Abby and Austin. She even decides to style him for George Clooney's big event after he asks her for help.
On the other hand, Josh gets dragged into an online rumor that Wes Dryden, who is his boss, is no more, and the TV appearances are fake. While he tries to argue with people only, it only gets worse after people find out that he is a part of Wes's company. As the only way out, Wes pretends to be a ghost on live TV.
As for AJ and Bill, we see a growing bond between them as well as she helps him close a big deal, and the two end up kissing each other.
Not Suitable For Work Episode 5 recap: AJ and Bill get closer and Kel gets caught in Austin's condition for help
In Not Suitable For Work Episode 5, AJ decides to ignore the kiss she had with Bill and puts all her concentration on helping Davis with his gossip page problem after he gets exposed on the social media gossip page "Fisher Trashen" for lying about his relationship with Madison and how he treated her.
But the chemistry between AJ and Bill doesn't end here as Bill kisses AJ once again after showing up in her place.
Episode 5 also shows Kel asking Abby for help to get him an agent through Austin. And while Austin is okay with helping him, he has one condition: Kel has to help him win over Abby. As expected, Kel decides not to agree to his terms. Abby even secretly styles Austin for an award show, leaving Vanessa upset.
Josh's love life moves forward
Josh is all out trying to win over Paula by arranging a doctor visit for her when he finds out that she was planning to visit an endocrinologist. However, his plans go sideways after she reveals that she doesn't have diabetes and she only wanted to take some time off work. He ends up spending time with Elena in the end as they sleep together.
The recent Not Suitable For Work episodes have ended on a lot of uncertainty as Abby gets closer to Austin, and AJ and Bill are moving fast with another kiss, leaving viewers wondering where their bond will go next.
