While she wants to build a strong career, she also cannot let go of her admiration for her bias. So, she eventually leaves her hectic job and steps into a fashion startup that Lee Chan (her bias) helped establish.

My Bias, My Boss premiered on tvN in South Korea on August 3, 2026, and is also available to stream on Amazon Prime Video and Viki. This means international fans also get to watch the latest K-drama.

My Bias, My Boss will follow the release schedule of two episodes every Monday and Tuesday at 8:45 pm on tvN and the same days on Prime Video. Each chapter will air for about an hour, and international fans also get to enjoy the K-drama with subtitles and audio in different languages, including English.
