Where to stream Where the Mask Ends?

Youku's latest Chinese drama, Where the Mask Ends, is currently airing on CCTV at 9:30 p.m. CST every night. The drama is available to stream on two platforms, which are Netflix and Youku. However, viewers will need a subscription to either platform to watch it.

The standard subscription for Netflix costs $8.99 per month and comes with ads. For viewers who prefer streaming the episodes without any ads, they can opt for a different plan that costs $19.99 per month.

Drama fans also have good news, as Netflix seems to be following the same release schedule as Youku this time, with new episodes available on both platforms on the same day. Previously, Netflix used to release episodes a couple of days after they had aired on Youku.

However, the drama is not available on Viki as of now. The platform has a large collection of Chinese dramas, which makes it possible that it could be added in the future. However, there is no official confirmation about its availability on Viki yet, and viewers will have to wait for further updates.

Where the Mask Ends release schedule

Tian Xi Wei's latest drama, Where the Mask Ends, has thirty-three episodes in total, of which four are already out now on the streaming platforms. Each episode has a duration of approximately fifty minutes. Given below is the complete release schedule for interested viewers to follow, according to MyDramaList.

What is Where the Mask Ends about?

The drama revolves around a poor woman named Chou. But her life takes an unexpected turn after she gets a chance to turn her life upside down by becoming Wei Rao, the daughter of a marquis. Chou doesn't lose the opportunity and uses it to change her life. The role is played by Tian Xi Wei.

She eventually marries Lu Zhuo, played by Yan An, who is the heir to a duke's family and is dealing with an illness. While Chou sees this marriage as an opportunity to rise above her low status, Chou's new life comes with more difficulties than she thought. Her husband, Lu Zhuo, suddenly starts to suspect her, believing that she has some hidden agenda, and even finds it hard to trust her. This makes it harder for her to settle into her new life.

On the other hand, Wei Rao is angry after learning that Chou has taken her place, and she wants to claim her place. As she deals with the problems in the duke's household, she also begins to learn more about her past and her family.
