Doo-joon and Hee-won’s complex love story, which is slowly taking a positive turn as the series progresses, comes to life in Positively Yours. The start of their relationship has been quite different, as it started with a one-night stand, after which Hee-won ended up getting pregnant.

This aspect initially starts their complications; however, slowly Doo-joon’s feelings towards Hee-won grow, making him decide to pursue her and take responsibility for their child. At the end of the sixth episode of Positively Yours, Doo-joon’s father gets hospitalized after suffering a heart attack.

This incident prevents Doo-joon from attending the genealogy appointment he asked Hee-won to attend with him. After finally leaving the hospital, he decides to reach the clinic. However, he finds that Min-wook is already there, taking care of Hee-won, raising further intrigue about episodes 7 and 8, which are set to drop on February 7 and 8 at 10:30 PM KST.

After Jeong-eum’s husband’s death, she has constantly blamed Doo-joon. In the sixth episode, her heated confrontation with Doo-joon’s father eventually leads him to have a heart attack. Hong Jong-hyun’s depiction of Min-wook also becomes a crucial aspect of the storyline as Min-wook is now all prepared to confess to Hee-won about his feelings.

At the end of the sixth episode of Positively Yours, Doo-joon is not able to make it to the appointment. Min-wook steps up to stay by Hee-won’s side through it all. Hee-won indicated that these appointments worry her; hence, Min-wook’s presence in this vulnerable moment becomes a crucial aspect for Hee-won.

In the sixth episode of Positively Yours, despite having a short screentime, Kim Soo-jin’s presence as Hee-won’s mother is impactful. In the fifth episode, Hee-won’s mother regrets her actions about sending her daughter harsh messages. However, she is unable to send an apology.

In the sixth episode, she reaches out to Hee-won multiple times, but Hee-won does not reply. This causes her to reach her office to confront her directly. Though Hee-won expected her mother to address the harsh messages she sent, it did not happen.

Her mother gives her the card of a clinic, which is discreet and safe, so that she can abort her baby. After hearing that Hee-won is going to keep her baby, her mother begins to reprimand her once again, telling her about the mistake that she is making by keeping the baby.

The upcoming episodes of the series can be expected to shed light on Min-wook and Doo-joon’s growing rivalry. As Min-wook’s friendship with Hee-won has been a long-standing one, it will not be easy for Doo-joon. Positively Yours is capturing the elements of both romance and emotional turmoil in the perfect proportion in each episode of the series, making it worth adding to the watchlist.
