1) The Sopranos

Pastore appeared as Salvatore "Big Pussy" Bonpensiero on The Sopranos, mainly during Seasons 1 and 2. Big Pussy was one of Tony Soprano's oldest and most trusted friends as well as a respected member of his criminal organization.

However, he later became an FBI agent, which created a conflict between being a loyal friend and fulfilling his duties as an agent. Instead of showing Big Pussy as someone really conflicted, he presented the character as warm, frightened, guilty, and deeply isolated.

2) Gravesend

This is a 2020 crime drama TV series set in 1980s Brooklyn. The story is about Benny Zerletta, an Italian-American soldier in the Colezzo crime family. He struggles to balance between the dangerous world and family values.

On the other side, Vincent Pastore plays Donnie "Glasses" Sisto, the family’s consigliere who advises and works closely under the boss. He first appeared as a recurring character in Season 2 and was promoted to series regular for Season 3.

3) Law & Order

Vincent Pastore has also been a part of the NBC hit TV show, Law & Order, in different episodes. Interestingly, he played new roles each time he appeared on the show. In the 1992 episode "Wedded Bliss," he played Dominick.

Vincent Pastore played Angelo Ruggiero in the 1996 HBO television movie Gotti. Ruggiero was a real-life close associate and childhood friend of notorious mob boss John Gotti, serving as a key capo in the Gambino crime family.
