However, Tony did love Monica in his own way, and her death is going to prove to be unfortunate for Declan (played by Aidan Turner) and his company. While Monica is dead, we will see Claire Rushbrook return in flashback scenes.Rupert (played by Alex Hassell) is at risk of facing not only scandal but also anguish from the fact he has been pushing away the woman he loves. Irrespective of Taggie's (played by Bella Maclean) efforts, Rupert has refused to close the distance between them. In Part 1 of Season 2, we have seen Basil (played by Luke Pasqualino) trying to win over Taggie, and he might succeed unless Rupert intervenes.Rivals Season 2 Part 2 will bring us more parties and more scandals and continue the slow-burn romance between Taggie and Rupert.
