1) Lee Sung-kyung as Oh Han-byeol

Lee Sung-kyung plays the character of Han-byeol in the tvN K-drama. She is a PR team leader in the management company, Star Force Entertainment. The K-drama highlights her love story with Tae-sung, which gradually improves as initially they are seen arguing most of the time. However, as they fall in love, they are both shown as not being afraid of showing their vulnerability to each other, making their relationship stronger.

Sung-kyung has starred in numerous popular K-dramas and is most commonly known for appearing in Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo as the titular character. Her other popular K-dramas are Dr. Romantic, Cheese in the Trap, and The Nice Guy.

2) Kim Young-dae as Gong Tae-sung

Kim Young-dae plays Gong Tae-sung in Shooting Stars and is an actor from Star Force Entertainment. He has a love-hate relationship with Han-byeol and gradually falls in love with her. While he is popular among the public for his clean image and good manners, he also has a different side due to his bad temper, which Han-byeol had to face several times in the early episodes of the K-drama.

The South Korean actor recently appeared in the acclaimed K-drama Dear X and became a global fan-favorite star. Before this, he had also appeared in several superhit K-dramas such as The Penthouse: War in Life, Extraordinary You, and No Gain No Love, among others.

3) Park So-jin as Jo Ki-bum

Park So-jin's character Jo Ki-bum is among the fan-favorite characters of the K-drama. She is Han-byeol's best friend and a reporter. Through Ki-bum's character, the K-drama tries to capture the journalism side of the industry and the pressure of it, as she is shown to have the most stressful life among the characters due to her job.

The K-pop star and member of the girl group Girl's Day, So-jin, has shown her talent in acting through her various characters in popular K-dramas such as Alchemy of Souls, The King: Eternal Monarch, and Delightfully Deceitful, among several others.

4) Yoon Jong-hoon as Kang Yu-sung

Another important character from the K-drama is Yoon Jong-hoon's Yu-sung, the team leader of Management Team One. While he is sometimes mistaken for a celebrity due to his looks, Yu-sung is among the most important characters as he is the head manager of the management company and works with managers of the actors under the company.
