Shrinking Season 3 is here, and fans who have devoured the first episode are already waiting for the next one to drop ASAP!
Episode 2, "Happiness Mission," is right around the corner (releasing next week), and it brings some big storylines for the group. Season 3 Episode 2 will release on February 4, but you can actually stream it a little earlier, thanks to Apple TV’s streaming process.
You can watch Episode 2 on Apple TV with a subscription, but let’s break down the when, where, and what’s for the next installment of Season 3!
When does Episode 2 of Shrinking Season 3 release and where can you stream it?
Shrinking Season 3 released its very first episode on January 28, and new episodes will be out every week on Wednesdays. This means that Episode 2 of Season 3 will be released by February 4, 2026. The 3rd Season of the Apple TV show also runs until April 1, 2026, with a total of 11 episodes.
And now for the fun part: Apple TV usually puts out the episodes earlier than the listed date. That means you don’t always have to wait until Wednesday morning. If you're a subscriber living in ET, Episode 2 might just go live at 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday night, and if you’re a subscriber living in PT, you might just get the episode on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.

Episode 1 of Season 3 started off with Alice having to make a huge decision after catching the eye of a Wesleyan scout during a soccer match. At first, she wanted to stay in her comfort zone, but once she talked to Sean, Paul, and Jimmy, she finally said yes to moving to Wesleyan.
At the same time, Paul’s Parkinson’s showed up with worrying signs when he began having hallucinations during his wedding to Julie. Around them, Sean ended a short-term casual relationship, Liz learned her son was coming back home, and Brian and Charlie dealt with baby issues.
The synopsis for Episode 2 says:
"The gang unites to support Paul during a health setback. Jimmy and Alice help Louis take a big step. Liz and Derek make a tough choice."
This points towards teamwork, supporting Paul during a serious health scare, and the upcoming episode also leans towards life decisions that could shake up some of the balance.
Shrinking Season 3 Episode 2 will be looking at struggle, tough decisions, and supporting Paul during a health scare.
The episode will be released next Wednesday on February 4 on Apple TV and between Paul’s health issue, Jimmy and Alice trying to help Louis, and Liz and Derek making a tough decision, there’s plenty to look forward to.
