Silo Season 3 Episode 2 recap: Juliette tries to piece her past and Algorithm proposes a Memory protocol 

Silo Season 3 Episode 2 titled "It's All Good'' was released on Apple TV on July 10. The platform's science fiction dystopian drama series is based on Hugh Howey's trilogy of novels.

The third season picked up in the aftermath of Juliette's return, following her Cleaning. After Juliette was made Mayor, Camille and the others were forcing her into a false narrative about the past but her fragmented memories were painting a different picture.

The latest episode of Silo Season 3 saw Juliette meet with Outsiders Sandy, Patrick and Danny, who clocked out that Juliette was likely being fed memory-suppressing dr*gs, to keep information of the outside world a secret from the people. While Camille feared that Juliette might discover the truth about the dr*gs, Algorithm proposed a memory protocol, resetting the memory of Silo 18.

Elsewhere, Knox told Juliette about Lukas Kyle in Silo Season 3 Episode 2. After Juliette learned that Lukas was Bernard's shadow, who was researching the great beyond, she made a mental note not to forget him. Although Lukas is absent for now, he could ultimately play a crucial role in uncovering the truth behind Juliette's Cleaning.

Silo Season 3 Episode 2 recap: Helen suspected Victor's unconventional methods

Silo Season 3 Episode 2 saw Daniel meeting up with Victor Crnkovich, his sister's doctor, to get a grip on her treatment. However, the episode made it clear that Victor was using highly unconventional and suspicious methods to bring back Charlotte's memory. He explained that he was using a medication to suppress Charlotte's memory, as some of it was traumatic. To save her from going into complete shock, he had created a drawbridge around her past and present and would only bring it down once she was ready to face reality.

While Daniel did not suspect Victor's methods in Silo Season 3 Episode 2, Helen was eager to expose the government-sponsored memory suppression. She had a breakthrough when she discovered the location of the facility, where Charlotte was being experimented on. While Helen managed to find some details about the Iran mission from Charlotte, this came to a halt after she had a panic attack and the reporter was caught for infiltrating the clinic. However, after Daniel's arrival, Helen was allowed to leave. She finally revealed that Charlotte directed Helen in Daniel's direction so that the latter could use his political influence and discover the truth about the Iran mission.

Silo Season 3 Episode 2 recap: Can the Memory protocol work?

The final moments of Silo Season 3 Episode 2 saw an important conversation between Camille and Algorithm. The latter showed a visual representation of Juliette's effects on the Silo. Algorithm revealed that things would go smoothly in the Silo if Juliette continued playing along but it would go downhill and chaotic if she rebelled. However, the duo was unaware that Juliette had already begun suspecting everyone around her. This was proven when Juliette spat out the meds (given to her by Amy) in the sink. Since Amy later found the medicines in the sink, she will likely report this to Camille and she will have a new problem to fix.

Another subplot in Episode 2 followed Juliette as she found out Martha Walker's note from before she went out for the cleaning. Through her conversations with Martha and Kennedy, Juliette discovered that she was being fed a false narrative about the Cleaning, which suggests that she will likely rebel and stand up for herself.

For now, Algorithm explained that the only way to stop this chaos was a complete memory reset through the Vitamin D+ vials that are about to be dumped into the bunker's water supply system. This was certainly bad news for people who want their memories intact but Algorithm proposed syncing everyone's memories and thus making them collectively forget the details of the rebellion. Silo Season 3 Episode 2 concluded on this harrowing note, proposing a mass memory-erasing procedure in the upcoming episodes.
