Silo Season 3 Episode 10 (finale) titled 'Troy' was released on Apple TV on September 4.

The final entry of the third season featured a huge time jump and gave many chilling answers about Silo 1 and its impact on the other bunkers. The harrowing events of the penultimate episode, where Daniel and Helen were separated in different silos after the nuclear attack, had a major impact on the finale and the real mastermind was revealed.

Meanwhile, Juliette and the team were determined to cap the Safeguard pipe in Silo 18.

Daniel's transformation into Troy in the Silo Season 3 finale

The Silo Season 3 finale wasted no time in revealing that the titular Troy is none other than Daniel, who was completely transformed after the events of the penultimate episode. Like Juliette, Daniel's memories of Helen and his former life have been erased and he is now known as Troy, a specialist/fixer in Silo 1. It was revealed that Troy was periodically woken from cryosleep by Victor to solve the problems arising in the silos, i.e., Rebellion. While this had been going on for centuries, we got a first-hand account when Daniel was woken up again (after seven years) to 'fix' the rebellion brewing in Silo 17.

The Silo Season 3 finale also revealed that, in addition to Daniel, Charlotte had also been transformed into Susan, the senior drone commander, who does not remember her brother.

The Silo Season 3 finale revealed the mass murder in Silo 17

The Silo Season 3 finale revealed that it was none other than Daniel who allowed, rather, orchestrated the killing of more than 10,000 people in Silo 17 during the Rebellion. It turns out Daniel allowed the people in Silo 17 to venture outside and ordered Charlotte's plane to attack them with gas and bullets. While Charlotte suggested a way to prevent this mass murder by killing only the rebellious leaders, Daniel was determined to 'fix' the problem efficiently and ordered the mass murder.

Victor and Daniel met with Senator Thurman after the purging of Silo 17, which was when Daniel suggested executing Charlotte for insubordination, unaware that she was his sister. However, the Senator decided against it. While Daniel had painfully changed into Troy, it was revealed that he had flashes of Helen but did not remember her name. Daniel made a note asking about Helen and handed it to Victor, who placed it in a file containing many identical notes, suggesting that Daniel was still alive in Troy.

Camille switched sides in the Silo Season 3 finale

The Silo Season 3 finale revealed that Victor was working with Camille as the Algorithm's voice. While Shirley and Knox were trying to cap the pipe, the Algorithm began the countdown to the Safeguard procedure. However, Camille begged for time to let her Raiders fill the mines with poison. However, it was all a ruse, as Camille had switched sides. Determined not to follow the Algorithm's orders blindly, she had asked the Raiders to switch the poison to oxygen, which was being released in the mines.

Camille's ruse worked and Shirley and Knox managed to cap the pipe. When the Safeguard failed, Victor realized that he had been played. When Camille started asking questions, Victor shut off communications and ordered Troy to be woken up from his cryosleep. Victor left his parting gift for Daniel (a file), took out a revolver from his drawer and took his own life. Victor had realized that rebellion in Silo 18 had grown out of his control, which is why he decided to quit.

How did Silo Season 3 end?

With Victor dead, Troy took the reins in Silo 1. While Silo 18 was safe for now, Juliette decided to venture into the Digger Void with Shirley, Knox, Camille and Hank to check the door called Forward Vault. However, when they reached the door, Daniel took over and offered a deal to Juliette. Daniel suggested that he would not implement any Safeguard in Silo 18 if Juliette agreed never to make contact with another Silo.

While Juliette hastily agreed, Daniel knew she couldn't be trusted. The final moments of the Silo Season 3 finale saw Daniel researching the plans for Silo 18 to implement a Safeguard procedure. Meanwhile, Juliette had stopped for now but was determined to take on Silo 1.

While going through papers, Daniel came across the file Victor sent before his su*c*de, which contained a name: Helen Drew. The name naturally triggered Daniel's memories of his past life, hinting that he would finally come to his senses and join Juliette's rebellion against Silo 1 in the upcoming season.
