Amadeus will be available for streaming on the Starz app right after it airs on the linear Starz channel at 8 PM ET. On the streaming platform, the new episodes drop every Friday at 9 PM ET. The very talented Will Sharpe takes on the role of Mozart. It cannot be denied that Will Sharpe always comes with the ability to bring life to the characters that he takes on with a layer of realism.

Similarly, it can be expected that Sharpe will be depicting his distinct acting prowess while bringing life to Mozart's character and Mozart’s rivalry with Salieri. Some of Will Sharpe’s other notable projects that can be added to your watchlist before this series drops are Purple Heart Warriors, Defending the Guilty, The Darkest Universe, The Wrong Door, etc.

Besides Sharpe, a crucial character of the series will be helmed by Paul Bettany. Bettany takes on the role of Salieri in the series. Salieri’s dynamic with Mozart in the series is a significant aspect, especially the manner in which it leads to Salieri beginning to lose everything that he “holds dear in life”.

Some of Paul Bettany’s other notable projects are Funny or Die’s High Science, A Very British Scandal, Avengers: Infinity War, Solo: A Star Wars Story, etc. Gabriella Creevy’s performance as Constanze Weber is undeniably something to look forward to in the series. Just as Creevy’s performance in projects such as Three Women, In My Skin, Casualty, etc., it can be expected that she will also be depicting her ability to completely embody the characters that she takes on.

Some of the other cast members of Amadeus are Jess Alexander, Jonathan Aris, Enyi Okoronkwo, etc. The storyline of Amadeus will focus on the turmoil and the changes that Mozart faces after he arrives in “18th Century Vienna” as a twenty-five-year-old. Right after his arrival, he comes across his future wife, Constanze, and a “religious court composer”, Antonio Salieri. However, as time passed, Mozart’s skills began to overshadow Salieri.

Salieri is not able to take the “apparent divine gift” that Mozart has. His growing fame becomes a threat to Salieri, leading to a “deeply personal obsession” that spanned a period of 30 years. This rivalry eventually led to a “murder confession”.

The stakes are high in Amadeus’s storyline, as can be seen from the official logline of the series. The production of the series is helmed by Two Cities Television. Sky Studios is also part of the production. The series is executive-produced by the very talented John Griffin, along with Rupert Lord.

There are many intense scenes in Amadeus, especially involving Paul Bettany’s Salieri. Paul Bettany, while discussing filming the intense scenes, notes that it was “embarrassing” and that he “hated doing it”.

Bettany also notes that it was “sort of delicious” to get the opportunity to bring out these distinct emotions that Salieri goes through in the series. Bettany’s words undeniably add to the overall intrigue for this series, raising the level of anticipation. Bettany also notes that Salieri's distinct nature makes him a "great villain in the series.
