Stranger Things star Nell Fisher has been cast in Netflix's upcoming drama, The God of the Woods. The show's earlier announced cast includes Maya Hawke, Kerry Condon, and Ella Rubin. Fisher is thus reuniting with her former co-star from Stranger Things, Hawke.Fisher is going to play a missing teenager, Barbara Van Laar, who is at the center of The God of the Woods, and Hawke will be playing the young investigator, Judy Luptack, who will look into her disappearance.
