Stranger Things: Tales From ’85 will help fix the controversial ending of Season 5

The Stranger Things Season 5 finale left fans very confused because of its ambiguous and vague nature, leaving fans with a lot of questions. Moreover, the audience expressed a general disappointment with the way crucial character relationships and development arcs were treated by the end of the season.

In fact, there were a lot of people who believed the alternate finale theory for a very long time, believing that there would eventually be an alternate ending released for the show, which did more justice to its legacy. However, it was soon confirmed that nothing of the sort would come into being.

But now, fans have another ray of hope with the animated spin-off, Stranger Things: Tales From ’85, which will supposedly fix the plot holes that were glaring in the series finale, especially things like Eleven's ambiguous ending.

One of the primary complaints that fans had about this season finale was that several pivotal characters did not get enough screen time, leaving their endings very ambiguous. But since Stranger Things: Tales From ’85 takes place between the events of Seasons 2 and 3, viewers get to spend more time with the original characters of the show, making it a very interesting and exciting watch for fans.

Among the many plot points that enraged fans about the Season 5 finale, the most outrageous one was how Dustin's story was ignored at the end of the show, and there was no mention of his girlfriend, Suzie. However, fans are expecting that the animated spin-off series can make things right and flesh out the storylines that were dismissed in the series finale.

Stranger Things: Tales From ’85 will release for streaming on Netflix on April 23.
