Ted Lasso Season 4 Episode 7 is titled "Yes & Baby" and was released on Apple TV on September 16.
The team was back after the New Year's break and so were their problems. While Lizzie's ex failed to pick up their son before practice, Gemma had an opportunity to interview for an internship at a big law firm, which would require her to miss practice. Elsewhere, Niamh and Siobhan were struggling with rent, Boots was having car troubles and Mady and Margy had taken a break and were trying their hands at dating apps.
Turns out, Mady and Margy were not the only ones on dating apps in Ted Lasso Season 4 Episode 7. Motivated by Michelle's words, Ted decided to make a profile but struggled when the app asked him for a three-word introduction about himself.
Here's the complete recap.
Ted Lasso Season 4 Episode 7 recap: Alice's new life approach turned chaotic

The title of Ted Lasso Season 4 Episode 7 applies to Alice, who decided to try a new approach to life after listening to a self-help podcast. Dejected about the recent events, Alice decided to be more open and say yes to everything. This was certainly bad timing as the team came up with complicated requests. While Lizzie wanted to bring her son to training, Gemma revealed she would be late for practice due to her interview. Both Lizzie's and Gemma's requests got a 'yes' from Alice. While Alice's change shocked Ted, it led to chaos as the team came up with weirder demands, including playing barefoot and blindfolded.
Realizing that things had gone too far, Ted stepped in and advised Alice to tweak her new approach in Ted Lasso Season 4 Episode 7. Ted advised Alice to follow 'Yes and...,' which would include her input in the conversation as well. Ted's advice worked its magic when Shannon asked Alice if she could train with the main players. Alice said yes and advised Shannon to give her best, resulting in a good practice.

While Rebecca had been suspicious of Zelda from the start in Ted Lasso Season 4, she proved her worth when Dani Rojas' agent, Derrick, walked into the office and claimed that his client had another offer. However, Leslie was quick to discover that Newcastle had not approached Dani, as it was against the rules and Derrick was spreading lies.
Once Zelda threatened to report Derrick for his cheap tricks, he backed off and the matter was put to rest. Realizing Zelda's help in the day's events, Rebecca offered her the Special Adviser position when the two got together for drinks.
Elsewhere, Erin showed up at Roy's office to inspect his knee in Ted Lasso Season 4 Episode 7. Roy spent their entire time complaining about Keeley, which confirmed Erin's suspicions. When Erin asked Roy why he approached her if he was in love with Keeley, he explained their situation and the couple broke up amicably.

The final moments of Ted Lasso Season 4 Episode 7 saw Ted search for Charlotte Riley’s stage manager. Since he still did not know her name, he whistled, which got her attention.
