The only 2026 fall TV schedule guide you need

The months ahead are packed with new TV shows, returning favorites, and some big franchise entries. The Reacher universe is already expanding with its recently released series, Neagley, and on top of that, we also have multiple new seasons of fan-favorite series to look forward to.

Fans who were waiting for The Rings of Power won't have to wait much longer, with Season 3 arriving in November. Be it network procedurals, new seasons of famous series, or brand-new shows that you want to binge-watch, fall TV has something for everyone.

Let's break down the fall TV calendar and see what's coming up next.

September started with the release of Chad Powers Season 2 on September 3, bringing whole new problems for Chad Powers surrounding his identity. The series revolves around Glen Powell as Russ Holliday/Chad Powers, who decides to give himself another chance using a new identity. Another much-awaited series that returned with the second season is The Gentlemen Season 2 on Netflix, which stars Theo James, Kaya Scodelario, and Ray Winstone.

If you've been a fan of Reacher, Prime Video's newly released series Neagley should be on your watchlist. The series, created by Nick Santora and Nicholas Wootton, was released on September 16 on Prime Video and stars Maria Sten as Frances Neagley on the hunt to find the truth behind her friend's death. Netflix also released Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story on September 17, revolving around Lizzie Borden, an American woman who was accused of killing her father and stepmother in 1892.

Other TV shows scheduled to release in September include MGM+ anthology series American Hostage, American Horror Story Season 13, and S.W.A.T. Exiles.

If September is packed with series, October is not slowing down either. On October 1, Netflix is releasing East of Eden. Zoe Kazan brings the epic drama to the screen with Florence Pugh in the lead. In early October, CBS will run the upcoming season of NCIS, i.e., Season 24. Viewers will see Michael Weatherly returning as Tony DiNozzo for the upcoming season.

Next on the fall TV guide list is Chicago Fire Season 15, scheduled to air on October 7 on NBC. Viewers of Dexter: Resurrection will be happy to know that its new season is all set to release at the end of October, leaving less than two months of waiting. The cast of Season 2 includes Michael C. Hall, Uma Thurman, Brian Cox, Dan Stevens, Gabriel Luna, and Krysten Ritter.

The wait will finally be over for The Lord of the Rings fans in November, with Season 3 premiering on Prime Video on November 11. The new season will follow the people of Middle-earth as they unite to fight Sauron. Towards the end of November, Peacock will release the comedy series Dig starring Amy Poehler, Antonia Thomas, Geraldine Viswanathan, Hugh Laurie, and Fina Strazza.

Lastly, November will end on a big note for all the Blade Runner fans out there, as Prime Video will release Blade Runner 2099 on November 25.
