Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Mary Cosby's controversial life will be dug into in “The Cult of the Real Housewife". The title aired on Jan 1 on TLC and delves into Cosby's religious and marital life.

Loyal fans of the show recognize Cosby for her wit and humor, leading to her online meme presence. She was a Pentecostal preacher, and her unusual religious practices drew eyes.

The TLC docuseries will launch into an exploration of these aspects. It will deal with the psychological control and financial exploitation of the congregants. According to TLC, The Cult of the Real Housewife, in its three parts,

“unpacks the allegations behind the headlines and reveals the darker and more unsettling truth.”

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City debuted in November 2020. It ran for 6 seasons, during which it delved into the professional and personal lives of women living in Salt Lake City.

The show marked the tenth chapter in a very popular Real Housewives franchise. Cosby was a breakout face on RHOSLC and the figure that drew many viral moments.

Viewers will see the 'hotly contested bequeathment' around the Temple controversy. She has been the first lady of Faith Temple Pentecostal Church since 1998. Earlier, her grandmother used to occupy this position.

The archival footage and new interviews employed in The Cult of the Real Housewife will bring in realism and make the title even more interesting for viewers who will now see a serial documentation.

The title will also include interviews from church members and family members, including Cosby’s sister and cousin. According to the description, the series will
