The Flex X Cop Season 2 schedule is set: Here’s when every episode arrives

Flex X Cop Season 2 is here, bringing back the combination of action, comedy, crime investigations along with chaebol drama. The new chapter premiered on August 7 and continues the story after Season 1's events.

The main character, Jin I-soo, remains the same even in Season 2. He's the wealthy chaebol heir who works as a detective, because of which he performs his police job in the most unexpected ways. As the K-drama's title suggests, he's a "flex cop" who can easily use his money and connections as investment tools.

Previously in Season 1, I-soo was still adjusting to being a police officer. But now, he has taken a major step by completing his formal police academy training. This means he's back to Gangha Police Station's Violent Crimes Unit 1, this time, as a properly trained detective.

However, I-soo's personality doesn't seem to have changed much in Flex X Cop Season 2. He remains playful and isn't afraid or hesitant in using his family's money and resources to solve cases. But then there's a new twist in the story that I-soo didn't expect.

Flex X Cop Season 2 release schedule: Here's when new episodes of the K-drama drop

Fan-favorite actor Ahn Bo-hyun has reprised his role of I-soo in Flex X Cop Season 2, one of SBS's much-anticipated K-dramas. What makes it so engaging is the story about a detective who belongs to a super rich family and uses his family connections to perform his job.

He isn't ignorant or involved in corrupt activities but instead focuses on exposing the wrongdoers and solving criminal cases. And if you loved Season 1, then you must be curious to keep up with all new episodes.

So, here's a complete release schedule of Flex X Cop Season 2:

The K-drama follows the release schedule of two episodes every week, on Fridays and Saturdays at 9:50 pm KST on SBS. The same episodes will be released on Disney+ and Hulu for streaming online.

A subscription plan is required to access the series on both platforms. While Season 2 has just arrived, those who haven't seen the first chapter can also stream it on Disney+.

A look at the key characters in Flex X Cop Season 2

While Flex X Cop Season 2 will also feature I-soo as the focus of the K-drama, the story becomes enjoyable through the supporting cast members. So, here's a look at them:

Ahn Bo-hyun as Jin I-soo: He's a third-generation chaebol heir from Hansu Group who has become a police detective. After completing his academy training, he returns more experienced and confident.

Jung Eun-chae as Joo Hye-ra: She's a new main character in Season 2, a highly capable former counter-terrorism officer who becomes the leader of Violent Crimes Unit 1. She's strict and maintains discipline, and her ways of solving crimes are entirely different from I-soo's.

Kang Sang-jun as Park Jun-young: a returning detective and one of the more dependable members of the team.

Kim Shin-bi as Choi Kyung-jin: The youngest member of the group.

Jeong Ga-hee as Yoon Ji-won: Works as the team's forensic pathologist.
