The Hunting Wives Season 2 cast and characters: Every returning star and new appearances confirmed so far 

The Hunting Wives Season 2 is coming soon to our screens. With its return, a couple of the OG cast members are coming back, along with some new exciting appearances. The release date of its new season has not been revealed yet.

The original series, The Hunting Wives, came out last year in 2025. It explores the plot of how a woman named Sophie O'Neill, upon arriving in East Texas, gets embroiled in a lethal web of power, temptation, and also blood.

Season 2 will delve deeper into the plot, as Sophie and Margo are forced to reconcile as the game becomes increasingly menacing. Stakes get high as new enemies enter the equation.

The official logline of the upcoming season, as reported by Netflix, goes as follows:

“Sophie and Margo are on the outs. But soon enough, old secrets and new foes force them back together. As they play their dangerous games, the question arises: Are they the hunters or the hunted?”

Here are the new cast members of The Hunting Wives Season 2

1) Angel Reese as Trainer Barbie

One of the most highly anticipated new faces in The Hunting Wives Season 2 is Angel Reese. This series will mark the acting debut of the iconic WNPA player. In this series, Reese shall be portraying the role of Trainer Barbie.

This year, she is also debuting as a voice actor for the upcoming animated film Goat. Previously, Chi Barbie has appeared in films and docuseries, including A House of Dynamite and The Money Game: LSU.

2) Kim Matula as Nadia Kelly

Daytime Emmy-nominated actor Kim Matula shall be seen in the second season as Nadia Kelly.

Apart from this series, Matula is well recognized for her work in The Bold and the Beautiful, UnReal, LA to Vegas, Saturday Night and many more.

3) Cam Gigandet as Gentle John Moffitt

Actor Cam Gigandet will be seen portraying the role of Gentle John Moffitt. Gigandet has previously starred in The O.C., Twilight, Reckless, Burlesque, The Magnificent Seven, Outlaw Posse, etc. Who can possibly forget his portrayal of the iconic dangerous villain James Witherdale in Twilight?

4) Alex FitzAlan as Lincoln Trout

Australian actor Alex Fitzalan shall be starring as Lincoln Trout in The Hunting Wives Season 2.

Also a model, Fitzalan has also worked in Slender Man, 50 States of Fright, Chevalier, and Prosper, to name a few.

5) Dale Dickey as Zelda Moffitt

Joining Cam Gigandet's Gentle John Moffitt, there is another Moffitt family member in the picture. She is Zelda Moffitt, portrayed by Dale Dickey.

The veteran actor is distinguished for her work in both screen and stage. Some of her well known work on screen include Changeling, Iron Man 3, Winter's Bone, Pirates of the Caribbean: Tales of the Code: Wedlocked, Bloodline, Breaking Bad, Vice Principals, A Love Song, etc.

6) John Stamos as Chase Brylan

And we have John Stamos entering the scandalous town of Maple Brook as Chase Brylan. The actor is incredibly well known for his work in Never Too Young to Die, You Again?, Full House, General Hospital, Jake in Progress, Wedding Wars, Grandfathered, You, and many more.
