The Husband Episode 6 ends with Se-yun's fate hanging by a thread

The Husband Episode 6 raises the stakes higher and higher for both Tae-ju and Se-yun. This episode depicts the extent to which Tae-ju is ready to go for Se-yun while also showing that Se-yun is not a damsel in distress and knows how to fight back.

The manner in which one danger after another keeps coming towards Se-yun creates an intense atmosphere in this episode.

Se-yun’s brutal fate in The Husband Episode 6

The Husband Episode 6 starts with a flashback scene of Suhyeong watching his wife, Gyeongmin, teach a class. After the class ends, the two of them discuss a trip that they want to take and reminisce about their past. Things take a turn when, during their car ride, a suspicious-looking car overtakes them and stops abruptly in front of them. Sugyeong tries to overtake the car, but the car does not let him.

Suhyeong finally overtakes the car and stops in front of it so that he can confront the driver. When he shows his ID to the driver and asks the driver about his actions of tailgating and using sudden brakes, it is revealed that the driver is none other than Mr. Noh. Mr. Noh apologizes to Suhyeong, which leads Suhyeong to let him go with just a warning. Mr. Noh then clicks a picture of Suhyeong’s car’s number.

The Husband Episode 6 continues with the present-day situation where Mr. Noh hits Suhyeong with his car while Suhyeong and Tae-ju search for him. Tae-ju tries to catch him, but he escapes in his car. While driving, Mr. Noh voices his frustration about the failure of his plan to get the money due to Tae-ju’s intervention. He also adds that he will make sure Se-yun dies a slow, painful death.

Tae-ju returns to the chairman’s office to search for Mr. Noh’s identity. On the other hand, when Mr. Noh arrives in the cell where he has imprisoned Se-yun, he finds yet another shock. Se-yun attacks Mr. Noh once again and uses the opportunity to escape the room. She tries to search for escape routes and is finally able to find one while Mr. Noh also follows her. While Tae-ju writes down the details of Mr. Noh, Se-yun is almost able to escape Mr. Noh’s clutches and rushes into the woods.

While Tae-ju tries to leave the hospital, the police have already arrived to capture him. Though he is able to hide from the police, he comes across his colleague, Myeonghui. While the police arrive to search the room where Tae-ju is hidden, Myeonghui decides to cover for Tae-ju and help him hide so that the police do not take him away. The Husband Episode 6 continues with Se-yun continuing her escape. She keeps running away from Mr. Noh.

She finally arrives on a road but does not find any cars passing by. Things finally take a turn when a car arrives, and she rushes to ask the driver to help her. She then tells the woman driving the car about the details of how she was locked up and then asks her to take her to the nearest police station. On their way, the woman begins to ask her if she knew the kidnapper, but Se-yun tells her that she has never seen him before.

Se-yun’s answer makes the woman give an unexpected reaction. Right when Se-yun begins to think that she is finally safe, the woman sprays her with something, causing her to fall asleep. The Husband Episode 6 gets further complicated with the arrival of this woman. It can be understood that she is connected to Mr. Noh, as the car that she is driving is the same one that Mr. Noh was driving in the flashback scene at the beginning of this episode.

Se-yun wakes up to find that she is tied up once again, and Mr. Noh is standing right in front of her. On the other hand, Tae-ju also arrives at the location and enters with a gun. Mr. Noh begins to choke Se-yun, but stops when the woman arrives and tells him that he should not have started without her permission, further raising the stakes. It is revealed that Mr. Noh is the woman’s husband and was also the woman whom Se-yun thought was in the next cell, Seonja.

They also show her the video of Tae-ju, where he says that he wants them to get rid of Se-yun. On the other hand, Tae-ju is completely devastated when he finds that he was mistaken about the true identity of the man. Even though he begins to lose hope, he continues to search the location and finds pictures of Mr. Noh and finds out that Mr. Noh’s name is Noh Manhui.

Tae-ju is now one step closer to the truth and rushes to an address. At the end of The Husband Episode 6, Tae-ju enters Mr. Noh and Seonja’s house and points a gun at Seonja. He then makes Seonja call Mr. Noh and asks him about Se-yun. He then begins to search for Se-yun and finally finds her. However, Se-yun begins to get suspicious and does not let Tae-ju touch her as she thinks that Tae-ju was the one who hired Mr. Noh to capture her.

She begins to ask him about the video, but Tae-ju tells her that it was all a misunderstanding. He then takes Se-yun and tries to escape the place. However, before they could make it out, Mr. Noh arrived and attacked Tae-ju. On the other hand, Se-yun and Seonja tussle to get the gun. In the end, Se-yun throws Seonja, causing her to get hurt. Seeing his wife in pain, Mr. Noh rushes to help her, giving Tae-ju and Se-yun the chance to escape the house.

However, danger pursues them as Mr. Noh rushes out with Tae-ju’s gun right behind. Though Tae-ju and Seyun are able to get some distance with their car, Mr. Noh crashes into them. Though Tae-ju regains consciousness, Se-yun remains unconscious. Tae-ju rushes to wake Se-yun up, but things take a turn when Mr. Noh uses a shovel to attack Tae-ju, leading to Se-yun and Tae-ju's uncertain fate.
