The Judge Returns is replete with an intense storyline depicting the complications that come in Han-young’s way as he navigates through the world of corruption amongst the most powerful people of the judiciary. His past casts a dark shadow in his life, driving him to have his path set in a distinct manner despite the challenges that come his way.

Ji Sung’s depiction of Han-young in the series undeniably makes a lasting impact with his distinct acting prowess, with which he completely embodies the character.

Han-young’s path is strewn with challenges that can easily put him in a life-threatening situation, as can be seen previously, where Shin-jin’s hired assassin almost ended Han-young’s life. However, despite the challenges, he refuses to get diverted from achieving his goal. In the tenth episode of the series, the people from the higher-ups who are the backup of Shin-jin, which gives him free rein to do the things he wants, make him a formidable enemy.

Hence, Han-young has to tread extremely carefully in order to achieve his goal without sabotaging the whole plan. The chilling air with Park Hee-soon brings life to Shin-jin’s character in the series, also leaving an impact.

Despite the problems that Shin-jin faces throughout the series, he is able to maintain a calm demeanor, which comes from the confidence he has in himself. This distinct attribute makes Shin-jin such an intriguing character in The Judge Returns.

Tae Won-seok’s performance as Seok Jeong-ho becomes a crucial part of the tenth episode of the series. Jeong-ho is able to play the role of the CEO of the investing company, which traps Seong-dae into investing a huge sum of money, creating a setback for Shin-jin. Oh Se-young’s depiction of Se-hee brings a layer of depth to the storyline through the growing relationship she has with Han-young.

Se-hee revealing the true intentions of her family to Han-young creates further intrigue about the upcoming episodes of the series. Some of the other crucial cast members of the series bringing life to the storyline in The Judge Returns are Won Jin-ah, Baek Jin-hee, Hwang Hee, Ahn Nae-sang, etc. Han-young finally being able to get Shin-jin’s trust gets him closer to his goal.

He also shares the truth with Jin-ah, along with Yi-seok. Hearing about Han-young’s true intentions, Yi-seok agrees to become the candidate for the Chief Justice.

Hence, the upcoming episodes of the series are going to be extremely intense and filled with thrill as Han-young dismantles Shin-jin’s empire slowly from within. However, he is undeniably going to get immense resistance, as Shin-jin is extremely powerful, along with being equipped with the support of many other powerful people of the system.
