The fourth season of The White Lotus has brought in a fresh batch of stunning stars that will join the show's fourth run as it travels to France this time. Coming along is a new story, new locations, and new characters who will keep the series' craziness alive.

Mike White’s sun-drenched social satire has already taken us from Hawaii to Sicily, turning postcard locations into pressure cookers for privilege, desire, and moral decay and season 4 promises more of the same slow-burn chaos, and the cast list confirmed so far suggests another meticulously unhinged ensemble. Helena Bonham Carter

Helena Bonham Carter has joined the cast of The White Lotus Season 4, and fans are already going gaga over who the actress will play. Plot details are under wraps for now, but knowing her, we do know that we are in for a treat!

The actress is known for her extensive collection of eccentric roles, and some of her best work includes The Wings of the Dove, Hamlet, Howards End, Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, Mighty Aphrodite, Fight Club, Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit, the Harry Potter series, The King’s Speech, Big Fish, Corpse Bride, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, Alice in Wonderland, Dark Shadows, Great Expectations, Les Misérables, Cinderella, Ocean’s 8, and Enola Holmes.

Alexander Ludwig

Next on the line is Alexander Ludwig. He is known for his work across films like Lone Survivor, When the Game Stands Tall, Final Girl, Bad Boys for Life, Heart of Champions, Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant, Bad Boys: Ride or Die, and Marked Men: Rule + Shaw.

After his casting was announced, the actor went on to Instagram to express gratitude over his casting, s he wrote,

“Beyond honored. Huge thank you to Mike for your trust in me and can’t wait to bring this unbelievable material to life."

Steve Coogan

Coogan is known for his impressive collection of roles across films that include The Parole Officer, 24 Hour Party People, Around the World in 80 Days, Night at the Museum, Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb, Tropic Thunder, The Other Guys, Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, Our Idiot Brother, Ruby Sparks, Irreplaceable You, Greed, A Cock and Bull Story, Philomena, Marie Antoinette, What Maisie Knew, The Look of Love, The Dinner, and Stan & Ollie.

AJ Michalka

The actress/singer is another one of the new additions to the show, and with her singing prowess, we can expect some musical presence too this season.

She has previously worked on The Lovely Bones, Slow Moe, Secretariat, Super 8, Grace Unplugged, Angels in Stardust, Weepah Way for Now, Dirty Lies, Apple of My Eye, and Support the Girls.

Chris Messina

The Mindy Project fame Chris Messina is stepping into another iconic show with The White Lotus Season 4.

He has previously worked on Argo, Vicky Cristina Barcelona, Julie & Julia, Ruby Sparks, Birds of Prey, and I Care a Lot.

Marissa Long

Model Marissa Grace has the chance to get her big break in Hollywood as she steps inside the world of The White Lotus. Making the announcement on Instagram, the social media star wrote,

I’ll try and make this short and sweet But I am absolutely raw right now!!! God is so good - I am in the middle of so many feelings and I’m unbelievably honored to be joining this with such incredible people. I have the courage I do because of the people that surround me and I want to thank family and so many friends for being so encouraging and giving me such solid ground to always stand on.

Caleb Jonte Edwards

Caleb Jonte Edwards is a rising Australian actor, with The White Lotus season four marking only his third credited screen project so far. Edwards previously appeared in a single episode of the crime drama Black Snow and starred in the short film The Man and the Woman.

The White Lotus has officially been renewed for a fourth season, and while the finale of season three is still fresh, HBO is already laying the groundwork for its next chapter of sun soaked dysfunction. Created by Mike White, the Emmy winning series will once again turn luxury travel into a pressure cooker for wealth, power, and moral collapse.

Season four will be set in France, marking the show’s first European location as several reports have indicated that most of the season will unfold along the French Riviera, alongside a smaller Paris based subplot.

On the show's podcast, White spoke about what direction he wants to take the show next, as he teased that the next season may be a little lighter than it's predecessors.

“Like the first season where it’s the satirizing stuff about art and criticism and movies and fame and celebrity...like a film festival type of thing or something like that, or like an art world sort of situation. It just feels like that would be some kind of new theme to get into that’s maybe a little less heady than what we just did, but still have some juice to it.”

No release date has been announced, but HBO executives have indicated that season four of The White Lotus is likely targeting the 2027 Emmy cycle. For now, we can wait for more details, or binge watch the first three seasons and the vacation adventures it brought to us.
