To My Beloved Thief serves as a historical show with the story set in the Joseon era, just like most of the acclaimed K-dramas. However, the story in this title is notably unique and engaging.

In the show, we meet a character named Eun-jo who leads a secretive life full of danger. To the people around her, she is a great healer who serves them as an employee of the royal government during the day.

Rather than feel a sense of superiority, Eun-jo feels that all people should be treated equally and in the same way as others. At night, Eun-jo becomes a famous masked thief throughout her village.

Unlike many other thieves, Eun-jo only seeks to rob corrupt citizens and then gives the money back to the needy and less fortunate of her village. A second character, Yi Yeol, the prince, has more interest in solving crimes than he does in being a political leader.

However, once Yi Yeol meets Eun-jo and learns more about her story, he becomes romantically interested in her. In the story so far, he has even confessed his love and now the plot will continue in the upcoming chpaters. So, episodes 11 and 12 of To My Beloved Thief will arrive on February 7 and February 8, 2026 on KBS 2 and Viki.

What happened in To My Beloved Thief episode 10: A quick recap

Episode 10 of To My Beloved Thief focuses on Min-jik telling Yi Yeol about his past mistakes and how he lost power after opposing the King. Due to this, Eun-jo had to face a hard time and now her father feels guilty.

After Min-jik’s death, Eun-jo wakes up and realizes he is gone. Believing the King caused it, she shoots an arrow from a distant mountain. Yi Yeol steps in front of the King and gets hit, but Eun-jo does not know who she injured. Jae-i stops her from taking further action.

The town holds Min-jik’s funeral. At the palace, it is shown that the King has been affected by the incense used by his concubine, which causes hallucinations. Yi Yeol recovers and tries to meet Eun-jo, but she pushes him away.

An investigation begins, and soldiers suspect Eun-jo’s brother Dae-il. Eun-jo prepares to confess, but Jae-i lies to protect her, saying the arrow came from elsewhere. Yi Yeol supports this story.

Later, Eun-jo learns Yi Yeol was injured by her arrow and feels guilty. She meets him secretly. He reassures her. The King wakes up and accuses Dae-il. Yi Yeol tells the King the truth about Min-jik’s death. Eun-jo arrives at the same time, and their bodies switch again.
