Hallyu star Park Shin Hye's latest K-drama Undercover Miss Hong takes place in Seoul in 1997 a time when office life looked very different from today. There are no smartphones or digital shortcuts, and the financial world runs on paperwork, hierarchy and power plays.

The series blends office humor with crime and investigation, using comedy and awkward workplace moments to explore serious issues like corruption and hidden money. At the center of the story is an undercover operation taken up by Hong Keum-bo inside a major investment company.

She has to hide her real age and experience by posing as a much younger employee, putting her in uncomfortable and often funny situations while she secretly investigates what’s really going on behind closed doors.

Fans have enjoyed a few episodes, and now episodes 7 and 8 of Undercover Miss Hong will arrive on February 7 and February 8 on tvN and Netflix. The K-drama has a total of 16 episodes, and fans won't find it on any other streaming platform.

Undercover Miss Hong episode 7 will be released on February 7, followed by episode 8 on February 8, 2026. The live broadcast will take place at 9:20 pm KST on tvN on Saturday and Sunday. This is the release pattern the K-drama has been following since episode 1.

As for the international fans, you can watch the K-drama on Netflix. The platform provides subtitles in various languages, including English. However, the content can only be accessed with an active subscription plan.

What happened in Undercover Miss Hong episode 6: A quick recap

Episodes 5 and 6 of Undercover Miss Hong focus more on the people around Keum-bo rather than just the case. The big moment early on is the surprise appearance of Mi-sook’s young daughter, Bom. No one even knows Mi-sook is a mother, so the situation quickly becomes messy.

Jang-mi is strict at first and tells her the child can’t stay, but everything changes when Bom comes back soaked, gets sick, and ends up with a high fever. Keum-bo takes charge, rushes her to the hospital, and quietly shows how protective she is of the women she lives with.

Bom also turns out to be very observant and starts picking up on Keum-bo’s real identity, forcing Keum-bo to keep her close and make sure she stays quiet. At the company, Kang becomes obsessed with finding the whistleblower, but nothing concrete comes out of it yet.

What does stand out is how far Song Ju-ran is willing to go for power. Episode 6 reveals that the Outstanding Women Employees’ Club is not what it claims to be and is tied to dirty money and even murder.

At the same time, Bok-hee’s violent brother shows up again as she is really desperate to escape her past. At the end of episode 6, Keum-bo agrees to go on a date with Albert. While he seems interested in him, Keum-bo's only reason to agree is her undercover mission. She doubts that Albert could be a key figure in this quest.
