VisionQuest is just a few weeks away, as the sci-fi series releases this October. The Paul Bettany series will follow Vision, who is living an inconspicuous life (probably) abroad. However, a figure from his past and a bounty forces Vision to go on a run, as he is trying to figure out who he is. It should be noted that this Vision is the White Vision, who was introduced back in WandaVision.Entertainment Tonight released a video of their set visit to the upcoming Disney+ Marvel series, in which they interviewed Paul Bettany (Vision) and Emily Hampshire (E.D.I.T.H.). For those who don't know, E.D.I.T.H. is the name of the glasses Tony handed over to Peter in Spider-Man: Far From Home. Now, we will see E.D.I.T.H. in her human form in VisionQuest, played by Schitt's Creek's Emily Hampshire.A BTS scene in the Entertainment Tonight interview shows us the making of a scene featuring Bettany and Hampshire, in which her character hints that she knows who Spider-Man is.VisionQuest BTS featurette hints that E.D.I.T.H. may remember Peter Parker was Spider-Man: View this post on Instagram Instagram PostIn the scene above, we see a frustrated Vision venting out to E.D.I.T.H. that he is having a hard time connecting with Thomas Shepard/Tommy Maximoff/Speed. E.D.I.T.H. expresses solidarity with Vision saying, "Tell me about it. My first boss was a teenager in high school". This line suggests two possibilities:She remembers Peter Parker is Spider-Man even if everyone in the MCU has forgotten it because of Doctor Strange's memory erasure spell, Runes of Kof-Kol.E.D.I.T.H. might just remember that Spider-Man is a high school student and doesn't remember his name and face.We don't know if VisionQuest will address this specific plotline from Far From Home or not.What do we know about the upcoming Disney+ MCU series? It is a sci-fi series, a genre which is different from the previous two entries of this "trilogy", WandaVision and Agatha All Along. While Agatha All Along brought back Billy, VisionQuest will bring back his twin brother, Tommy Maximoff/Speed.WandaVision ended with the "death" of the twin brothers who were created using magic. However,Agatha All Along revealed that Billy returned to life as his "soul" took over the dead Billy Kaplan's body. The final episode of the 2024 series set up Tommy's return, as we see his soul enter another dying boy's body. Thus, we may see Joe Locke's Billy Maximoff in the sci-fi series as well.One thing we already know about the series is that we will see human forms of several AI programs throughout the MCU. This explains why we see James Spader in his human form as Ultron in the trailer of the Marvel Cinematic Universe series. Apart from Spader, we also see the human form of E.D.I.T.H., played by Hampshire.More importantly, James D'Arcy returns as Jarvis, the man who inspired Tony's AI program J.A.R.V.I.S. D'Arcy's Jarvis was introduced in 2015's Agent Carter. Vision interacts with the human form of all these AI programs inside his head. Thus, we can expect the sci-fi series to be just as surrealistic and fan theory centric as WandaVision."Vision, rebooted and having escaped from those who sought to weaponize him, has been in hiding. Searching for new meaning, he consults the AI personas embedded in his programming, including Friday, Edith, Jarvis, and the infamous Ultron.
