Wildfire investigations raise perplexing questions in When Calls the Heart Season 13 Episode 5

The wildfire has created lasting damage to the Hope Valley community. In the last episode of When Calls the Heart Season 13, Cooper and Toby accept that they had started the campfire accidentally. Bill, Nathan and Oliver continue to check the area for evidence of the fire. But things don’t add up as they find a piece of cement rock, which had been burnt. This new evidence makes them even more puzzled.

In When Calls the Heart Season 13 Episode 5, Christopher will tell Henry about his promotion at work, which makes his father delighted. Also, the wedding is happening as planned before.

Later, Henry notices rock pieces from Christopher’s trunk that was found at the fire site as well. His curiosity makes him take a few to examine it later as his son gets ready to leave the town.

Elizabeth decides to get her students together to replant trees in When Calls the Heart Season 13 Episode 5

There is much discord in the community and Elizabeth is desperate for some normalcy. And while she wants to hold on to things, it looks like Little Jack wants to grow up fast. He wants to be known as ‘LJ’.

When Toby and Cooper come late to school, Elizabeth will realize that they also dragged in some dirt into the classroom. She will later follow them into the forest and discovers that they have been planting trees. The boys felt that they owed it to the community and wanted to right the wrong. They never sought help from anyone as they were not sure anyone else will be interested. But Elizabeth saw through the remarkable initiative and gets the students to take part in the project.

Meanwhile in When Calls the Heart Season 13 Episode 5, Nathan realizes that Allie is getting closer to Oliver. Though Allie insists that he is just a good friend. Nathan isn’t onboard with the idea of them together. Later, he will even take it on Oliver for his mistakes, for which he apologizes. Nathan can’t make peace with this and will show his anger towards Allie as well, who will shut him out for his outburst. After speaking to Elizabeth, he realizes his shortcoming and for handling the situation poorly. He will apologize to Allie and tell her that he wants her to live her life the best she can.

Lee dreams of helping rebuild the town in When Calls the Heart Season 13 Episode 5

Lee Coulter is determined to rebuild the Benson Hills and wants to do it at a rapid speed as he presents it to Gwen. He has big dreams for the new town. Lee is part of too many projects, but Lee feels that rebuilding Benson Hills is not just a commercial aspect as it is also personal for him, after all he also lost a lot.

The chemistry between Edie and Lucas is hard to ignore in When Calls the Heart Season 13 Episode 5. After an issue with the desk, Edie will take Lucas to the infirmary. He tells her he wanted to prove himself to her and may have been at fault. And she will confess that the real for her staying in the town is him.

Lee’s ambitions for Coulter Construction gives him sleepless nights, literally. He will end up having an attack. Rosemary will spring into action to get help. While she initially thought he was having a heart attack, it was in fact anxiety attack. Lee is asked to cut down on work and take care of his heath. Lee will later join Gwen and the others to plant trees. He will even seek out volunteers for the initiative. It looks like the community is coming together and healing.
