And more important than that, what we tend to be better at and how we are looking at this individually and as a cast. That’s been the biggest change. It’s been fantastic because, to a degree, you’re living with these characters and you’re learning more about them as the audience does. That’s been fun because it’s a constant exploration. You constantly see them do things that help you understand who they are and how they are. It’s an adventure."

Sharma reprises his role as Jay in The Night Agent Season 3. The character works as a financial analyst who becomes a part of a larger conspiracy. He finds out about suspicious financial transactions that have links to terrorists. Jay is one of the few people in the show with a strong moral compass.
