Season 3 kicks off with Kitty asking Min Ho if she could join him on the world tour, but she backs off after some time. However, they did get some time, but Kitty wasn't able to confess her feelings. She joined him on the yacht party, which turned out to be a mess.

He was hesitant before and also learned that Kitty has been accepted to NYU. But before she leaves, Min Ho decides to act on what he feels and rushes to find her on the train. When they meet, Kitty says that she heard his song.

Min Ho tells Kitty at the end of XO, Kitty Season 3:

"I'm so sorry that it took me so long to sort myself out. Covey, I don't want to stand in the way of your future. And I don't know what my future holds, but I want it to be with you."

Min Ho continues:

"And I couldn't let you go without telling you that. Or without saying... I love you."

And guess what? Kitty replies with "I love you too", with the two kissing each other and Min Ho joining Kitty in Portland in the finale of XO, Kitty Season 3. At the same time, the finale ties up other storylines: Dae and Eunice grow closer, Yuri and Juliana hint at reconciliation, Q realizes his true feelings, and Jiwon’s pregnancy brings maturity.
