Welcome to the Beyond the Gates Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on Beyond the Gates

Sorry, but I’m not sorry, Kat Richardson just might be the worst character on Beyond the Gates, not even kidding. I really try to find redeeming qualities, but I come up lacking. She’s just not a good person. Colby does an amazing job of portraying her, and I imagine that it can’t be easy, especially when you see fan comments directed at Kat. I’m reminded of watching a Harry Potter Movie, with Delorus Umbridgeand thinking to myself how much I hated her, and being told, “Isn’t the actress doing an amazing job? It cannot be easy to make people feel that!

Kat has gone around telling anyone with two ears what Nicole is doing, and by that, I mean having two guys on the hook at the same time. I’m so over the selfish, bratty princess wannabe act. There has to come a time when she just grows the hell up. How many Duprees does it take to change a lightbulb? One, they hold it still and await the world to turn around them. And Kat takes that to heart. She really believes she's better than others, especially Eva, on account of her lineage. Well, Kat, you have the money and the status, but when it comes to class and likeability, you're broke.
