Beyond the Gates Daily Y.A.P.P for Wednesday, March 11th:
Welcome to the Beyond the Gates Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What Happened on Beyond the Gates

She’s here! Deanna McBride arrived in Fairmont Crest. Surprising both Vanessa and Leslie at The Fairmont Crest Country Club. Leslie wasted no time in introducing herself and saying that Deanna was a pretty wee thing, to which Deanna smiled lots and said, “You’re pretty yourself.” Was that Deanna also stating for us that she likes girls? Or was I reading too much into that big grin and reply? Vanessa soon shut down the conversation once Leslie was about to mention Joey Armstrong, showing us that, like Deanna, when it comes up in conversation, it will be a scene.

Kat made the predictable move and asked if she could move in with Anita and Vernon, who were more than happy with that as long as she followed some pretty simple and easy-to-follow house rules, but what does that mean when she wants to bring Tomas over? Can’t he stay the night? But the funniest scene of the episode was when Mona arrived at Orphey Gene’s and saw Randy sucking Lynette's fingers into his mouth and walked over and slapped him upside the head. Mona told the pair, “Y’all are nasty.” She then alaso remarked that they need jesus, after watching the scene, I agree with Mona more than ever.
