What to Expect on Beyond the Gates

The end of the week is here, and for a big week, we expect a big finish. Grayson (Jordi Vilasuso) and Jacob (Jibre Hordges) are trying to figure things out, Deanna (Angela Fairley) arrived and caused quite a scene, and it’s all heading somewhere big. In Friday’s episode, Joey (Jon Lindstrom) opens up to Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli) about his family. This has never been a topic of conversation before, and Vanessa is going to get a look behind the curtain, behind the man. Who was Joey’s wife? His mom and Dad? The one we know the least about is going to let Vanessa in a little closer.

Just when we thought we had seen the last of the weird partnerships we get another. In Friday’s episode, Kat (Colby Natasha Nixon) and Donnell (Alex Cheeks) compare notes. Are they after Leslie or Joey? Or Vanessa?

In Friday’s episode, Martin confides in Vernon. Martin is worried about Smitty’s latest story he is working on, and he’s also worried about the campaign trail and winning. Having a strategy meeting with the man who has done it all should ease a worried mind. Maybe Vernon has some friends he could call in? With another crossover event coming up with CBS’s The Young and the Restless, featuring Eric Braeden's Victor Newman, among others, arriving as a favor to Vernon, this could be what we are leading up to soon.

In Friday’s episode, Derek (Ben Gavin) and Naomi (Arielle Prepetit) have a candid conversation about Ashley's (Jen Jacob) love life. Ashley can’t seem to catch a break here and heres hoping our favorite nurse doesn’t get left out in the cold.
