Nicole Dupree (Daphnée Duplaix) is dressed to impress, hair, makeup, dress, and looking amazing, and Tomas isn’t shy about saying so. Kat (Colby Natasha Nixon) and Tomas (Alex Alegria) are at Uptown, I mean, where else would they be, and Nicole walks in looking ready for a date, and Kat is explaining all the reasons why she is looking on point, and Tomas chimes in with, “And looking fine as hell.” Kat is just struck dumb by that sytatyement and if looks could kill, Tomas would be RIP.

Bill and Some Interesting Lab Results

Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durett) is back at Garland Memorial Hospital, and Madison (Kenjah McNeil) is going over his chart and says to Bill that there is an issue. Bill says,” You’ve got to be kidding me.” But Madison isn't joking at all. Bill said there has been no change in months and wonders what Madison has just seen. Hayley's chemical concoction might be undetetctable but I’m betting that the side effects and symptoms or what the body produces in response to this drug are very detectable. Bill needs to notice and take notice or he’ll soon be in the afterlife.

In Orphey Genes, Naomi (Arielle Prepetit) is chatting with her husband, Jacob (Jibre Hordges), who must be leaving very soon for his undercover assignment. Naomi, who we know has lied about her BRCA gene test, now goes on to tell Jacob, who she knows is a Detective and has a sharp mind, that she is off to the hospital to do some research on some preventive cancer treatments. Jacob is immediately wary and asks her why, as she tested negative for the variant. The look on Naomi's face says it all. Jacob can read her like a book, and this will add to the further tension in the relationship when Jacob finds out that she in fact tested positive.

Ted and Shanice, Seen by Kat

Still at Uptown, Kat sees Ted and Shanice hugging each other, and she asks Shanice how long this has been going on for, because, of course, Kat has an opinion on everything and everyone. Will she be happy for her dad, or will this be one more thing that she can play victim about?

Unusual Conversations

This town is full of them, and this one is no different. Hayley is sitting with Andre, and the only thing these two have in common is that Bill and Dani are now with them instead of each other, and they both have concerns about their partners and exes. Hayley tells Andre that he knows what’s up, and he knows what he has to do. Andre is seen just nodding in agreement. Andre is going to have to try keep Dani away from Bill. Tall order, seeing as the two were just caught kissing by Tomas, but it isn't the first time nor the last that they will.

Finally, Madison Is Doing The Smart Thing

Chelsea and Madison have been having a rough time since Chelsea (RhonniRose Mantilla) inserted herself into family matters that didn't concern her. Chelsea took Madisons moms side, which is totally against medicine, doctors, and science. Immediately, Chelsea and Madison were at odds, and lately, Chelsea has been acting like she really doesn't know Madison at all. Especially when offered drugs the other night at Uptown, she offered them to Madison. What made her think that was going to go over well? Now the scene is at Kat and Chelsea's place, and Chelsea is telling Madison that she has found the love of her l;ife, looking right at her and Madison, in a moment of claritybresponds with telling her that she loves her enough to walk away. Is this the reality check that Chelsea needs? I think so.
