The Young and the Restless Spoilers, April 22: Victor makes good on a promise

Here are your spoilers for The Young and the Restless for Wednesday, April 22, 2026, as Victor makes good on a promise, Diane finds Jack and Nikki in a compromising position, and Victoria digs for dirt on Phyllis.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is not one to go back on his word. We've seen him inform Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) that he is going to reclaim Newman Enterprises and that he is not to say the words "Summers Conglomorate" in his presence. Victor hinted that if Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) gave the company back then, he might show leniency.

Meanwhile, Phyllis is dealing with some major defections at Newman Enterprises, er, make that Summers Conglomorate. She may find it difficult to continue to run the company with all of Victor's former employees defecting. On Wednesday's show, watch for Victor to make good on his promise. Could the Artificial Intelligence storyline be coming to an end?

Three's Company

Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) thought better of trying to make Victor and Diane (Susan Walters) jealous in an effort to reunite with their respective spouses. However, that plan may be happening in some form anyway!

On Wednesday's show, watch for Diane to find Jack and Nikki in a compromising situation. Will this cause Diane to rethink the stance that she's taken with Jack? Diane didn't even like it when Nikki came over to the Abbott mansion to talk to Jack. Diane's response to seeing her at her front door was to slam said door right in Nikki's face!

Traci (Beth Maitland) to give Jack another chance. After all, Jack and Kyle (Michael Mealor) and other Abbott family members gave Diane a second chance after it was revealed that she had faked her death. Will Diane get angrier after she spies Jack and Nikki together, or will she have a change of heart?

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has proven that she is her father's daughter by taking his side as Victor fights to regain control of Newman Enterprises. On Wednesday's show, watch for Victoria to dig for dirt on Phyllis. Vicki's not above getting her hands dirty to get the job done.

She's already squared off against Phyllis in her father's office (though Phyllis would call it her office). Vicki may go much further to get the goods on Phyllis. What else might Phyllis be hiding? Her various crimes are common knowledge.

Is there something Victoria could uncover to force Phyllis into handing the company back to Victor? Victor would grow even prouder of Vicki if she were to make this all happen!
