The Young and the Restless Spoilers, April 24: Victor makes Phyllis a deal she can't refuse

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, April 24, have Victor making Phyllis a deal she can't refuse, Adam pushing Riza to come clean, and Sharon and Noah being ambushed in Vegas.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has issued a warning to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) through Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) that she should give back Newman Enterprises. Michael made the error of calling his company "Summers Conglomorate" (we get the impression he might not do that again).

Michael headed over to see Lauren (Tracey Bregman) about Victor's warning. Now, it's time for Victor to impress upon Phyllis himself what he's demanding. Phyllis has already taken a blow by having a slew of her employees (clearly loyal to Victor) resign.

Can Phyllis continue to operate her business, as she's obtained it illegally and is facing Victor's wrath?

Riza's next move

Riza (Tina Casciani) wasn't counting on reconnecting with Adam (Mark Grossman), AKA Spider, but that's just what happened when he came to Las Vegas. Coincidentally, Riza knew Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), going by, of course, another alias, Ronnie.

Is Riza good or evil? We can't truly tell yet, but we may be finding out. On Friday's show, watch for Adam to push Riza to come clean. Could she be able to provide Adam and Nick with information that will help them find Matt and end this ongoing battle?

Riza could still be loyal to Matt, however. Adam may end up risking his life as well as Nick's and Chelsea's (Melissa Claire Egan) to get to Matt. But can Riza be trusted?

Sharon and Noah, you in danger!

In the words of Ghost's Oda Mae Brown (Whoopi Goldberg), "Sharon and Noah, you in danger!" On Friday's episode, watch for Noah (Lucas Adams) and Sharon (Sharon Case) to be ambushed. Nick really dropped the ball when he immediately suggested that no one reach out to Sharon -- until after Matt was caught.

Sure, Adam reached out to Sharon, despite Matt making off with his and Nick's phones, but it appears to be too late! We've seen Matt send a message to Sharon, but she doesn't know it's from him. Sharon and Noah have traveled to Las Vegas, but they are likely walking into a trap! Will Sharon be able to deal with things as she was able to with Cameron Kirsten (Lindey Ashby)?

Matt is determined to destroy Nick and his loved ones. He's got the advantage of surprise on his side. Matt is not going to rest until he gets his revenge. Who is going to stop him? Stay tuned to find out what's going to happen next!
