While Victor and Nikki have good news to celebrate in light of her sight returning, Nick, their son, isn't doing that well on The Young and the Restless. Spoilers for the Tuesday, August 3, episode reveal that Nick is struggling with his sobriety. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) did a great job of lying to his family and himself about his pill addiction. He finally opened up about his problem, confessing his issues to his father, Victor (Eric Braeden), his mother, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), his sister, Victoria (Amelia Heinle), and other loved ones.
Nick checked himself into a rehab facility after realizing he can't beat this by himself. But how can Nick be away from his family and also protect them at the same time from Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), and also celebrate his parents' reunion?
Watch for Nick to continue to struggle with getting well on Tuesday's episode. He wants to be there for his family, but he needs to get his sobriety under control first!

Victor has a problem with an Abbott family member other than Jack. He's never been a fan of "Billy Boy" Abbott (Jason Thompson), who was once wed to Victor's daughter, Victoria. On Tuesday's episode, watch for Victor to give Billy a painful reminder of his past.
Billy's greatest pain has been and always will be the death of his daughter, Delia. Billy walked into a convenience store to get some ice cream. Delia got out of the car, and Adam accidentally struck her with his car and killed her. Even though it was an accident, Adam and Billy's dynamic has never been the same since. Will Victor remind Billy of his failure that fateful night to secure his daughter's safety?

Victoria has seen her parents' marriage fall apart, her mother grapple with blindness, her brother battle drug addiction, and the family company be stolen right from underneath them.
That's quite a bit. And Victoria, herself, is still missing her late former husband, Cole (J. Eddie Peck), who died a little over a year ago.
