Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) likes to take charge and handle things himself whenever he can. On Tuesday's show, watch for him to summon the family together for a meeting of the minds. Is Victor going to ask his family for input over his latest move? Or is he actually opening up a discussion in which he'll take ideas that he can use against the family's enemies, namely, Cane (Billy Flynn) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford)?

Speaking of Phyllis, she may feel that she's going to need to strike out on her own and end her alliance with Cane. She's tried to convince Cane that Victor will not hurt Lily as he has threatened to do. But she may be feeling that Cane may cave to Victor's demands.

On Tuesday's show, watch for Phyllis to plot with Billy (Jason Thompson) to double-cross Cane. There's no love lost between ex-lovers Phyllis and Billy, but Phyllis will team up with Billy if it means protecting her own interests. Phyllis feels that she's worked hard to show everyone in town that she should be respected. She's not going to want to let go of the power position since she's done so much to get to where she is!

Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) has been through a great deal over the last year. She's been kidnapped not once but twice (if you count Alan's attack and being trapped at Cane's estate in France), watched Nick (Joshua Morrow) battle two life-threatening injuries, and endured the return of Matt Clark (Roger Howarth).

On Tuesday's episode, watch for Sharon to blame herself for her daughter, Mariah (Camryn Grimes), kidnapping Dominic (Ethan Ray Clark). Sharon opted last year to stay in Los Angeles and deal with Noah (Lucas Adams) after he'd been in a horrible car accident. Mariah had reached out to Sharon, but she felt that Noah needed her more. It's natural (but illogical) for Sharon to blame herself for Mariah's actions. Hopefully, she'll be able to help her daughter once she comes to her senses and returns Dominic to his parents, Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Devon (Bryton James).
