The Young and the Restless Spoilers, June 8 - 12: Matt Clark's fate, Malcolm's return, and Nikki's health

Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) isn't the man he once was -- or so he says. Matt got amnesia during a battle with Sienna (Tamara Braun) and was later horrified to discover all the horrible things that he was accused of doing. The one decent thing Matt ever did was help bring Nick (Joshua Morrow) back to life.

That has changed how a lot of people in Genoa City think about him. Next week, watch for Victor to determine Matt Clark's fate. Matt staying out of jail or not isn't going to change everyone's mind about him. Watch for Sharon (Sharon Case), whom Matt raped, to keep her distance from him. Adam (Mark Grossman) is going to keep tabs on Matt Clark. Let's face it. The side of him that's a monster could reappear at any given moment!

Victor's got more on his mind than Matt Clark's fate. He's going to question his estranged wife, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), about her health.

After receiving successful treatment in New York for his aplastic anemia, Malcolm (Shemar Moore) is now well enough to return to Genoa City. Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) suggested to Malcolm and his newfound son, Holden Novak (Nathan Owens), that they put off dealing with Stephanie withholding Holden's paternity from him until after Malcolm was out of the woods healthwise.

Lily's (Christel Khalil) gratitude to Cane (Billy Flynn) for his role in helping Malcolm regain his health may play a role in an offer she's going to make to her ex next week.

Well, that day just might be coming. Watch for Malcolm and Stephanie to finish unfinished business. Was there a reason that Stephanie withheld the truth that she hasn't yet shared?

There's still a lot of animosity between the Newmans and the Abbotts, but not among all the members within that family. Watch for Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) to reach a truce. Kyle is extremely loyal to his father. Victoria, arguably, Victor's firstborn, is the most devoted of his children.

Kyle and Victoria have sparred with each other in recent weeks. Could the truce possibly lead to something beyond a cordial acquaintanceship? Could Kyle and Vicki ever fall for each other? How would his past loves feel about that, including Claire (Hayley Erin) and Summer (Allison Lanier)?

Speaking of Summer, watch for Phyllis to reach out to her daughter. Is she hoping that they'll reconcile now that Phyllis has given control of Newman Enterprises back to Summer's grandfather?
