Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) hasn't found a friend in his reunion with Riza (Tina Casciani). She pulled a gun on him in yesterday's episode. On Tuesday's show, watch for Adam's meeting with Riza to take a dangerous turn. Will Adam pull out a weapon of his own? Or will there be a struggle for Riza's gun?

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) said that he didn't want to come to Las Vegas with Victor's security team, but he might be rethinking that decision for a variety of reasons. Adam didn't even bring Nick with him to meet Riza so he has no backup. Will Adam be able to reason with Riza and assure her that he means her no harm?

Mariah's plan

Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) has been in turmoil for close to a year. She had a disastrous business trip in which she engaged in activity with a mystery man (played by Michael Swan, best known to soap fans as Duncan on As the World Turns). She pushed Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) away and remained silent for months, barely offering up any details. Even when Mariah did confess some of what happened, she couldn't bring herself to trust Tessa.

Now, Mariah's facing jail time for her ill-advised attempt to take Dominic (Ethan Ray Clark) away from his parents, Devon (Bryton James) and Abby (Melissa Ordway), forever. Fortunately, Mariah was located and arrested. On Tuesday's show, watch for Mariah to repair her relationship with Tessa. Is it too late?

The Nick of time

Nick has gone to Las Vegas, hoping to put an end to the threat of Matt Clark once and for all. Surprisingly, his brother Adam accompanied him. The two men haven't always had the best relationship, having vied for the affections of the same women. But there have been elements of trust forming between them over the years. Case in point, Adam agreed to let Nick raise his biological son, Christian, after his paternity was finally revealed.

On Tuesday's episode, Nick can't seem to escape his troubles. Does this mean his leg injury is going to flare up? Will Nick's dependence on pain pills become too much to handle? Will Nick lose big at a casino?

Nick is loyal, if nothing else. He appreciates Adam coming with him to Las Vegas. Don't be surprised if Nick does whatever it takes to make sure that Adam comes back to Genoa City with him safely!
