Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is aptly named, as he is a winner or "victor." He might be down now that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has wrested control of Newman Enterprises from him. Victor has managed to get Chancellor Industries back, using Phyllis's feelings for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) as leverage.

But, as Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) pointed out, Victor's not going to settle for just that. Victor wants it all! On Thursday's episode, watch for Victor to reveal that he has a secret weapon. Is that weapon an Artificial Intelligence (AI) program of his own? Or is Lily (Christel Khalil), who has been working with Victor to help coerce Cane (Billy Flynn) into helping him?

Not without my mother

Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is a devoted son. He loves both his parents, Diane (Susan Walters) and Jack (Peter Bergman). However, right now, Kyle is likely feeling more loyal to his mother, given how hurt she feels over finding Jack in bed with Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk). Patty claims to be reformed, and Jack claims that he was drugged. But neither of those things is making Diane feel any better.

She may know in her heart that Jack didn't orchestrate this latest twist in the ongoing war with Victor, but she does believe that Jack had enough free will not to get into bed with Patty. On Thursday's show, watch for Kyle to vow to protect Diane at all costs! Does that mean he'd side with her over his own father?

A little ditty about Jack and Nikki

Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) has refused to back down with Victor over his treatment of Jack. Nikki loves her husband, but she can't abide Victor kidnapping Jack and trying to ruin his family and Jabot Cosmetics.

While Nikki cares for her current mate, she also cares about her ex-husband, too. On Thursday's show, watch for Nikki to take a big risk for Jack. Is she going to try to intervene with Diane and let her know that Victor is the one responsible for Jack's kidnapping? Or will Nikki try to reconcile with Victor so that she can get inside information that will benefit Jack?

Victor is no fan of Jack's. He's already kicked Nikki out of their home for defending Jack. If he learns that Nikki is continuing to help Jack, the two might never reconcile!
