The Young and the Restless, Sweet Dreams
Y&R did a great job of showing how haunting dreams can be when Diane (Susan Walters) dozed off and imagined the worst when it came to estranged hubby Jack (Peter Bergman) and Patty (Stacy Haiduk). Now, it's Nikki's turn to have a nightmare!
On Thursday's episode, watch for Nikki to be haunted by her dreams. She fears for the safety of her son, Nicholas (Joshua Morrow), so it's likely that Nikki's nightmare will involve Nick's welfare!
Jack, be quick
Speaking of Nick, his sister, Victoria (Amelia Heinle), is worried about his welfare, too. On Thursday's episode, watch for Vicki to reach out to Jack (Peter Bergman), her and Nick's former stepfather. Could Jack, who has battled his own addiction, be the man who can help Nick get on the path to recovery?
Nick has tried dealing with his problem, but he's not going to conquer it overnight. Nick respects Jack, and he might take his guidance. Jack has offered to be Nick's sponsor if Nick is interested. The stage is set, but will Nick show up to play?
Malcolm's prognosis
On Thursday's episode, watch for Holden (Nathan Owens) and Stephanie (Vivica A. Fox) to get an update on Malcolm's (Shemar Moore) condition. We're wondering, though. Will we see Malcolm's reaction to news about his condition? Moore hasn't done that many episodes in this storyline, but seeing him is going to have to happen at some point, right?
Lily (Christel Khalil) is feeling optimistic that Malcolm is going to get well. What she doesn't appreciate though is opposition from Devon (Bryton James), her brother, over Cane's (Billy Flynn) role in helping Malcolm, by providing the bone marrow.
Devon doesn't want Lily to get hurt but isn't the most important thing that Malcolm gets well? Will the ex-photographer return to Genoa City at some point when he gets his health update?
Tough love
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is determined to help his son, Nicholas. He won't likely take well to the fact that Jack has offered to be his son's sponsor. Victor doesn't want Jack anywhere near Nikki, and that probably goes for the rest of his family, too.
