What's next on The Young and the Restless

Diane (Susan Walters) had a nightmare not too long ago that Jack (Peter Bergman) and Patty (Stacy Haiduk) got back together. Now, it's Jack's turn to have a nightmare, possibly. On Friday's show, Kyle (Michael Mealor) is going to give Jack surprising news about Diane.
Jack's wife hasn't been seen in a few days (or more in real time). Has she gone missing, or is she still in her suite at the Genoa City Athletic Club? Y&R does a lot of kidnapping stories. In recent weeks and months, the characters of Jack, Sharon (Sharon Case), Noah (Lucas Adams), Sienna (Tamara Braun), Nick (Joshua Morrow), and Adam (Mark Grossman) have all been taken against their will.
Is Diane the next victim? Or has she been quietly ordering room service as she attempts to come up with a way to reconcile with Jack? He's certainly open to it. The two just need to get into the same room!
History 101

There's no love lost between Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk). Phyllis has a long memory, and she has not forgotten that Patty once fed her daughter, Summer, when she was young some peanuts, and Summer has a peanut allergy.
Phyllis is an irresistible force, and Patty's an immovable object. Or maybe that's the other way around. Either way, when they meet, the results are, well, boom! On Friday's episode, watch for Phyllis to give Patty a history lesson.
Will Patty take the lesson sitting down? Or will she go on the offense and stand up to Phyllis if she tries to take her down?
A Newman intervention

On Friday's show, watch for Victor and Nikki to force Nick to face his issues. Victor watched Nick almost die in his office. (Well, it's Phyllis's office, but Victor still sees it as his -- despite her portrait being up on the wall!) While Victor was watching Nick fight for his life, Nikki had a horrible nightmare of her own -- and that was that Nick had died!
She woke up in a panic and cried out when Victor called her to say that Nick was in the hospital. Nikki was so distraught that Vicki (Amelia Heinle) asked her dad if Nick was still alive. Fortunately, the answer to that question is yes.
Victor and Nikki will want to impress upon their son that he needs to take steps to get well. He not only has his parents and Sharon to think about, but there's also his children, Summer, Faith, and Christian.
Nick has already let his loved ones know that he has a problem, but he hasn't been able to take the first steps to get the help he needs. Will Victor and Nikki convince Nick to get well?
