What's next on The Young and the Restless

Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) has talked till he's blue in the face, trying to convince Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) that she is simply not going to win her AI battle with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), especially with Christine (Lauralee Bell) back as the district attorney.
On Wednesday's episode, watch for Michael and Phyllis to do some damage control. Does this mean that Phyllis has come around to Michael's way of thinking? Has Michael finally gotten through to Phyllis? They may approach doing damage control from different perspectives.
The Lily and Cane mutiny

Lily (Christel Khalil) breathed a sigh of relief after Cane (Billy Flynn) turned out to be a potential blood donor for Malcolm (Shemar Moore), Lily's biological father, who has aplastic anemia. His condition is treatable, especially now that Cane is a candidate to save him.
However, on Wednesday's show, Lily's attempts to aid Malcolm will be thwarted. Will Cane's past role in the whole AI mess come back to haunt him? If he's incarcerated, he's not going to be able to go to Genoa City Memorial Hospital or any other medical facility to help Malcolm.
Claire's bold move

Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) knows better than anyone what it's like to find out your origins are not what they thought they were. She and Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) went from being pals, and then lovers, and back to being friends.
Holden could use a friend right now as he's dealing with the fact that his mother, Stephanie (Vivica Fox), lied to him for most of his life about his father being Malcolm Winters. In fact, had Malcolm not needed a blood donor, Stephanie might never have come clean with the knowledge.
On Wednesday's show, watch for Claire to make a bold move to help Holden. Is she going to suggest they resume their physical relationship? Is she going to give him money to help him get by? Tune in to find out!
