The Abbotts, Newmans, and their assorted friends and foes are charging full steam ahead on The Young and the Restless, bringing conflict. Spoilers for the week of Monday, September 7, through Friday, September 11, 2026, have numerous characters either exacting revenge, sending mixed signals, or giving in to temptation!
The Honeymoon Could Be Over
Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) returned home from Italy early due to their son Nick having a drug problem. They may have another problem very soon. Victor and Nikki fought numerous times this year (and last) over Victor's relentless attack on her pal, and ex-husband, Jack Abbott.
Next week, watch for Victor to initiate a plan of revenge against the Abbotts. What will renew Victor's anger against the Abbotts? Will he discover Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Kyle (Michael Mealor) becoming involved? Or is Victor still angry at Jack Abbott over past business dealings and Jack's friendship with Nikki?
Mixed Signals
Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) went to visit Patty (Stacy Haiduk) in prison, not so much to help her, but to learn more about himself. He's determined to carve out a new life for himself and not be the man who terrorized the Newmans. (At the same time, Matt has made it clear he won't be disrespected!) Next week, watch for Matt to share his redemption plan with Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). A fellow outsider, Phyllis has supported Matt because she knows what it's like to be ostracized by the elite of Genoa City.
However, Phyllis may find it challenging to stand by Matt, as later in the week, he's going to send her mixed signals. Phyllis tends to respond and react before thinking things through. She and Matt ultimately have a very fragile relationship, given how they can both be unpredictable.
Things Get More "Vyle"
Kyle and Victoria have already taken their relationship to a new level, as evidenced by their tryst in the Abbott offices. Next week, watch for the duo to give in to temptation. Does this mean that they're going to make love again? Or will Kyle choose Jabot over what's best for Victoria and Newman -- or vice versa?
Later in the week, watch for Audra (Zuleyka Silver) to want to strike a deal with Victoria. Will Audra finally win one over the Newman clan? Victor shot her down a year ago after she failed to seduce Kyle away from Claire (Hayley Erin).
