Y&R: Y&R Spoilers August 18: Danny Reveals a New Endeavor

There's more than revenge going on at The Young and the Restless! Spoilers for the episode airing on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, have Danny revealing a new endeavor. Also, Cane will form a new alliance against Billy, and Victoria bonds with Kyle.

Danny (Michael Damian) decided to pull back on touring at just the right time! The Shadow Room needs someone to keep an eye on it in light of Noah (Lucas Adams) and Sienna (Tamara Braun) spending some time in Los Angeles.

On Tuesday's show, watch for Danny to reveal a new endeavor. Watch for the singer to perform his new song, "All I Need Is You," from his album, Mixed Emotions, on Tuesday's episode!

My Brother, My Enemy

Cane's (Billy Flynn) kind gesture to give Billy (Jason Thompson) a job at Chancellor Industries is a reminder that no good deed goes unpunished! Billy, going off a cryptic remark from Jill, dug into the financial records of Chancellor Industries and uncovered a big secret! It turns out that the Abbott clan (John Abbott's heirs) may have a claim to the late Katherine's (Jeanne Cooper) company.

Watch for Cane to form a new alliance against Billy. Who might he reach out to to combat Billy's latest scheme? The one person who doesn't care for Billy that much is Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), which dates back to Billy's ill-fated marriage to Victor's daughter, Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Granted, nearly no one is good enough for Victor's daughter, but Billy loaded the gun in terms of how he behaved in his marriage. Victor's been taking shots at the Abbott heir ever since!

Cane would be wise to seek out Victor. The mogul is no fan of Cane's either, but he tends to prioritize whom he needs to take down! Billy would feel important if he were to take over Chancellor Industries; he'd also be impressed if he felt that Cane had to enlist his greatest foe to go after him!

Romances between the Abbotts and the Newmans aren't unheard of; there was Victor and Ashley (Eileen Davidson, and also, Jack (Peter Bergman) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). Kyle had romances with cousins Summer (Allison Lanier) and Claire (Hayley Erin).

Is another one brewing between Kyle and Victoria (Amelia Heinle)? He's been incredibly supportive of Vicki as she's going through some difficult times.

Of course, Kyle dating Vicki would likely cause many eyebrows to be raised, especially from Victoria's family!
