Y&R Spoilers June 22: Nikki Receives Devastating News About Her Health

Nick Newman's not the only Newman facing a medical crisis. Spoilers for The Young and the Restless indicate that Nikki Reed Newman is going to receive devastating news about her health. Also, on Monday, June 22, 2026, watch for Victor to test Claire's loyalty, and Patty to threaten Jack.

Nikki Is in Crisis

Nikki is going to receive some devastating news about her health on Monday's episode. She's been under duress for quite some time now, ever since she and Victor (Eric Braeden) started having marital problems. Nikki's seen her grandson, Noah (Lucas Adams), and her son, Nicholas (Joshua Morrow), suffer medical crises. While Noah recovered from his accident, Nick is still facing a battle as he tries to beat his opioid addiction.

Now, Nikki has her own health over which she's concerned. Will she share with Victor her ailment? Or is Nikki going to try to conquer her condition alone?

A Question of Loyalty

The Newman family showed a lot of grace when it came to Claire (Hayley Erin). Yes, she'd been more or less brainwashed by her evil great aunt, Jordan (Colleen Zenk), who kidnapped her as an infant and kept her from her family.

After Claire realized her family did want her, she turned over a new leaf. All was forgiven and she landed a cushy job under the Newman Enterprises umbrella. Watch for Victor to test Claire's loyalty on Monday's show. Does he fully trust that Claire has reformed after all this time? Or does he want her to do something that Claire won't be comfortable with doing?

The Stakes Get Raised

Diane (Susan Walters) is being held captive in a mystery house. Meanwhile, Patty (Stacy Haiduk) is trying to get back into Jack's (Peter Bergman) life by trying to get him to believe that Diane's had a breakdown. Jack's been playing along, but if Patty thinks he's being insincere Diane could be in jeopardy!

On Monday's show, watch for Patty to threaten Jack! There's no telling just how far Patty will go to get what she wants. She's obsessed with Jack and will stop at nothing until she becomes Mrs. Jack Abbott once again!
