Sally and Billy's wedding day is here on The Young and the Restless! Spoilers for the episode airing on Friday, October 16, 2026, provided to Soap Central by the show's publicity department, reveal that the couple's family and friends are gathering for the big event!
You've Got to Have Friends

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) has stood by Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) through thick and thin, and now is the day when they will stand next to each other as they become husband and wife.
Watch for Jack (Peter Bergman), Billy's brother, to stand by his younger sibling on this important day. Sally's maid of honor is Audra (Zuleyka Silver), who has come around to accepting Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) as Sally's friend -- and possibly hers, too!
Abbott, Elementary

While Sally only has her sister, Coco (Ashley Campbell), and her "Grams," Shirley (Patrika Darbo), on hand, Billy's family is in full force, including his ex-wife, Victoria (Amelia Heinle), and their son, Johnny (Paxton Mishkind).
Additionally, Billy's sisters, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Traci (Beth Maitland), are there to both support Billy on his and Sally's big day and to welcome Sally into the Abbott clan.
Mother of the Groom

Alas, one person who apparently won't be there is Jill Foster Abbott (Jess Walton), Billy's mother. She's currently dealing with health issues and is living in London with her brother, Dr. Snapper Foster (David Hasselhoff). Read our story here on Y&R's response to Jill's absence.
Not on the Guest List

Billy and Sally's wedding isn't the only story happening on Friday. Watch for Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) to be sacked out on Sharon's (Sharon Case) new (!) sofa with Nick (Joshua Morrow) nearby.
Sharon wasn't expecting that one of the people sitting (let alone sleeping!) on her new couch would be the man who attacked her on more than one occasion. Matt keeps getting hit in the head, and each time it seems to change his outlook on life.
Fortunately, Nick is by Sharon's side. While he has addressed his hero complex in recent episodes, right now, a hero is exactly what Sharon needs now that Matt has shown up on her doorstep!
Will Billy and Sally's wedding go off without a hitch? Is Matt ever going to leave Nick and Sharon alone? Sound off in the comments section!
