Y&R Spoilers September 15: Cane Pressures Lily About Their Future

Time never stands still on The Young and the Restless. That's something that Cane Ashby knows all about! Spoilers for the Tuesday, September 15, 2026, episode indicate that he's going to press Lily about their future! Also, Nikki and Billy are going to reach an understanding while Matt turns the tables on Patty.

Forever and a Day

On Tuesday's episode, watch for Cane (Billy Flynn) to press Lily (Christel Khalil) to discuss their future. A little over a year ago, Cane made a return to Genoa City after amassing a fortune as the enigmatic Aristotle Dumas. He had big schemes to make everyone in Genoa City bow before him, all in an effort to rewin Lily's heart.

It turned out all he had to do was wear his heart on his sleeve and be honest with her. Sure, donating bone marrow to Lily's biological dad, Malcolm (Shemar Moore), helped. It's only logical that Cane wants to know where he and Lily stand and what's in store for their future.

Is Lily ready to commit to a future with Cane? Their kids, Charlie and Mattie, appear to be on good terms with their dad. Might they make a return visit should their mom and dad remarry?

Nikki and Billy Come to Terms

Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) doesn't have the animosity towards the Abbotts that her husband, Victor (Eric Braeden), does. That said, there's no major love lost between her and Billy (Jason Thompson), as he wasn't exactly the best husband to her daughter, Victoria (Amelia Heinle).

On Tuesday's episode, however, watch for Nikki and Billy to reach an understanding. Billy wants to be in control of Chancellor Industries. He's tied his identity and his self-worth to running the company that was once owned by the late Katherine Chancellor.

Nikki has a fondness for the company, too, as she and Katherine were dear friends. Is Nikki going to try to ally herself with Billy so that they might join forces in honoring the late Kay's memory?

Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) visited Patty (Stacy Haiduk) when she was incarcerated to get some insight into himself. Matt, however, seems to have some sort of awareness about himself that Patty does not.

On Tuesday's episode, watch for Matt to turn the tables on Patty. Will he be able to earn some goodwill from the folks of Genoa City if he's able to help authorities capture Patty and get her back behind bars? Or will Patty pull a double-cross and regain control of the situation after Matt turns the tables on her?
