Victor Takes Charge With Matt
Next week, watch for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to give Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) his marching orders. There was a time when
Victor wanted Matt to stay in town so that he could keep an eye on Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn). But Cane hasn’t shown himself to be a threat to the Newmans. The man’s too happy, having reunited with Lily (Christel Khalil)!
But Victor's efforts with Matt aren't the only thing keeping him busy next week! Watch for Victor to surprise Nikki with a grand gesture. Is he going to help her get back into the business world? Or does he have something more personal in mind?
The husband and wife are united these days since renewing their vows. Sure, they still have spats over Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), but they’re together. They’ll need to present a united front as Nick’s parents made a tough decision to protect their son! Is an intervention on the way? Our guess is, yes! Later in the week, Victor will host a meeting to help Nick.
Protecting Her Daughter
Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) have reached the stage in their relationship (love affair?) that they’re aware that it might affect Vicki’s daughter, Claire (Hayley Erin). Next week, watch for Victoria and Kyle to keep up appearances around Claire. Will she find out that her ex-boyfriend could end up as her stepfather?
Words of Wisdom
Esther (Kate Linder) is going to get an overdue moment in the spotlight next week. We’ve seen her trade barbs with Audra (Zuleyka Silver) and interact with other Genoa City residents. Next week, she’s going to offer some words of wisdom with Sharon (Sharon Case).
Sharon’s a trained therapist, but no one person has all the answers. Perhaps Esther will be able to help Sharon with an issue about which she’s not objective.
