The Young and the Restless characters Victor and Nikki had a blowup last week that ended with him telling her, "Be gone!" The mogul believes that she is more loyal to Jack than to him. Facebook fans had numerous reactions to the fight.
Victor versus Nikki on The Young and the Restless

Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) had a vicious argument last week on Y&R over his cruel plan to kidnap Jack (Peter Bergman). The fight escalated to the point where Victor ordered Nikki out of the house. Fans of the show had a lot to say about the two on Facebook.
"Ultimately, they belong together," one fan said. "But would like to see Nikki NOT go back to Victor and make Victor BEG her to come back. That would be epic!" That post garnered over 700 likes.
"This is the same dance they've been doing for forty years," another fan said. Many other fans agreed, as that post garnered over 1,200 likes.
"I think she should team up with Phyllis and take down Victor to the seams of his knickers," still another fan posted, adding a laughing emoji.
"His God complex is way over the top!" one fan remarked. "Gotta admit it's the best written scene on this show in a long, long time!"
"Great scenes between them!" another fan agreed. "Seriously thought Victor was going to pop a blood vessel."
One fan said, "Whether Nikki wants to admit it or not, she has been playing Victor and Jack against each other for years!"
Another fan made a keen observation, saying, "For Victor, it is choosing one over another. For Nikki, it is caring for each individual. Not being disloyal to either one."
"She should have told Victor, 'NO! You get the hell out!'" another fan remarked.
"Nikki acted like she left him while talking to Claire," one fan noted. "No, he kicked you out."
That is so true! It was disappointing that Nikki wasn't honest with Claire (Hayley Erin), her own granddaughter. If she had told Claire the truth, maybe Claire would finally understand just how cold and cruel Victor can be -- not only to his enemies, but even to his own wife.
One fan compared Victor to Clark Gable's character, Rhett Butler, in Gone With the Wind: "'Frankly, my darling, I don't give a damn.' Victor's famous words," the fan noted. That post garnered over 200 likes and laughter emojis.
Will Nikki and Diane both stay at the GCAC?

How convenient that The Young and the Restless writers busted up two marriages in the same episode -- Victor and Nikki's marriage and Jack and Diane's (Susan Walters) marriage. We saw Nikki go to the GCAC, and we assume that Diane will go there, too. Facebook fans had some fun things to say about that.
"Now Nikki and Diane will both be staying at the Athletic Club," one fan said. "They can compare notes on their husbands."
Another fan replied, "If they don't get into a cat fight first."
"Maybe Nikki and Diane can share a room! LOL," another fan said.
Still another fan added, "Put Phyllis in the room, too!"
Wouldn't that be hilarious? Since Phyllis has been living at the GCAC, she's bound to run into both Nikki and Diane. All three women hate each other, so we're sure to see some entertaining scenes between them in the weeks ahead.
Will Nikki reunite with Jack?

That's the burning question on our minds, now that they are both on the outs with their spouses. Facebook fans of The Young and the Restless had varying opinions on the subject.
"They've already been married to each other twice," one fan said. "Third time's the charm."
"I hope Nikki does leave Victor, but not to go running into Jack's arms," another fan remarked.
One fan agreed, saying, "Yes, that is way too predictable. I feel she should just be her own woman/self for a while."
Another fan said, "Nikki has always loved Jack more. Her loyalty to her children made her choose Victor. If you watch the old clips, she was very much in love with Jack."
And still another fan stated, "Nikki lost a child of Jack Abbott's many years ago, and that is a bond that has never broken."
"I have not watched this in over twenty-five years, and these two are still together and still arguing about Jack. LOL," one fan remarked.
"I haven't seen this show since I was watching it with my grandma forty-plus years ago. And Victor is still jealous of Jack," another fan said.
"Lord, I haven't watched in ten years, and Victor still hates Jack," still another fan said, adding a few laughter emojis.
It's funny how you can be away from a soap for years, and then you catch a few scenes one day. You see the same characters having the same fights, and you feel like you've come home. That's one of the many reasons why we love soaps!
One fan summed up Victor and Nikki's relationship beautifully, saying: "Been watching since the '70s. Make no mistake, she's the love of his life, and he is hers, no matter what happens. No matter all the stops and starts, they keep coming back together. It's always been meant to be Victor and Nikki forever. Great scene! Bravo."
