Chelsea, sporting a new haircut, planted a big kiss on Adam at the GCAC. She was relieved that Dominic had returned home safely to Devon and Abby. Chelsea felt for Mariah as well, and she wished for a happy ending for everyone involved.

Adam apologized for their evening because he had something much more romantic planned for their Valentine's Day. He explained to him what Phyllis did to Cane and how she used his incapacitated state to double-cross him. Even worse, Adam revealed that Billy was in cahoots with Phyllis, and she signed over Chancellor Industries and Newman Media to him.

Chelsea planned to do whatever it took to stop Phyllis from winning. She understood why Adam was not in the mood for romance after everything he and Victor had gone through. Cane being chloroformed by Phyllis took this to a dangerous new level.

The direct attack on the Newman family changed Chelsea's mind about Victor. She completely changed her tune about how to proceed because of the latest stunt by Phyllis. Adam suggested that they focus on their love for the holiday, and Chelsea agreed completely.

The lovebirds got a table, and Adam and Chelsea agreed to table the Newman drama talk for the evening. Chelsea floored Adam and speculated that Connor had a girlfriend. She found Valentine's Day cards torn up in the trash, and Chelsea noted how personal it was.

Adam was thrilled for his son, despite how terrifying it was. He also had several concerns due to Connor's OCD. Was he ready for this next step? Chelsea worried about how Connor would react to heartbreak and rejection, but Adam knew that he'd ultimately become stronger from it.

Sally returned home to their apartment and found it covered in flowers, candles, and other romantic items. She asked what it was all about, and Billy reminded her that it was Valentine's Day. Billy pointed out that he gathered all of her favorite things to celebrate their love.

Sally wasn't moved by the grand gesture, though. He bailed on Abbott Communications and forced her to move forward with him. Sally wasn't exactly in a celebratory mood after being professionally abandoned by the man that she loved.

Billy asked her to set aside their issues for one night and celebrate their love. He asked to toast to their future, but Sally thought that they were further apart than ever. The flowers were gorgeous, and she appreciated that. Sure. However, Sally couldn't turn off her feelings for the night and pretend that Billy didn't abandon her when she needed him most.

Sally essentially called Billy the human equivalent of a Sour Patch Kid. One minute, he was sweet and perfect, and the next day, he'd go back to his obsessions and thirst for power. Sally was convinced that Billy had no inkling about what he actually wanted.

Billy thought that they could be successful together. He dreamed of a world where they could come home to each other, share everything about their day, and fall deeper in love.

Sally was close to falling for Billy's speech, but the second he reverted to his Chancellor obsession, he lost her. Billy tried to breathe new life into the somber mood of the room by playing his most powerful hand. He told Sally that not only was Chancellor being his done deal, but Newman Media now belonged to her. A simple "Happy Valentine's Day" after the bombshell looked like it was actually a gut punch to Sally's future.

Sally couldn't pretend any longer that she could condone any of Billy's actions. He turned to the dark side, which brought all of her fears to life. Sally didn't want to become collateral damage in Billy's never-ending feud with Victor. He asked, "When did ambition become such a bad thing?"

"Phyllis now has complete control of the entire Newman Empire" was the single most terrifying phrase that Sally could've heard. She wasn't happy at all to hear about her 'gift.'

Billy did the same thing to Victor and Cane that Victor and Jill did to him. He stopped their level and became the same thing that he loathed. Billy told Sally that he couldn't live like this anymore, and he stormed out of the room.

At the Abbott Mansion, Diane spotted a card with her name on it and a single long-stemmed rose on the table. She still reeled from their fight earlier in the day, but she couldn't help but feel the love of her husband. Jack peeked into the room and asked, "Will you be my Valentine?"

Diane told Jack that the card was a solid step toward making up for their fight. She refused to stay silent about Nikki, though. Diane believed that Nikki used her friendship with Jack to manipulate him, and she was done staying silent. His friendship with Nikki was the catalyst for Victor lashing out against their family, and he wasn't thinking clearly.

Jack wasn't a fool. He knew that there was a lot for their family to deal with. However, that could wait until another day. There was also a lot to be grateful for. Despite Victor's best efforts, they managed to save Jabot from the brink of collapse.

Audra approached Kyle at Society, and he was disgusted that she joined him for a drink. She remarked that it was pathetic being alone on Valentine's Day at the bar, so she ordered a drink of her own.

Kyle's somber mood led Audra to comment that he was poor company. Kyle reminded her that she didn't have to sit next to him. Audra was free to enjoy her drink anywhere in the establishment or just leave entirely.

Audra also pointed out that every time she saw Kyle, he was sitting alone at a bar, drinking. It was becoming quite the pattern. Kyle took a dig at Audra's insecurities, telling her that, unlike her, he was comfortable with himself. He didn't need an endless stream of validation to feel complete.

To further get under Kyle's skin, Audra brought up Claire and made a point of letting Kyle know she was in Los Angeles with Holden. That was the one thing that would bother him more than anything on the most romantic day of the year. Audra had become an expert at pushing all the right buttons to make Kyle implode.

Kyle cautioned Audra about Claire being in LA. She was determined to uncover the truth about Audra and Holden's past. Claire wouldn't be satisfied until she learned the full, unadulterated facts about what went down. Audra had reason to be nervous because that is precisely why Claire agreed to tag along on Holden's business trip.

Audra brought up the situation between the two in France, and she didn't think it was all games to him. She wondered if Kyle was obsessed with her, but it didn't matter because he would never have her. Kyle took that as some sort of signal, and the two kissed at the bar.

In Los Angeles, Noah finally got Sienna to agree to meet with him. He filled her in about Mariah. She had a long road ahead of her, but with a supportive family like his, she'd be okay.

Noah revealed that Sharon had encouraged him to chase after Sienna. However, Sienna couldn't believe that Noah defied her wishes and followed her across the country. She was crystal clear in her letter about what she wanted, and he ignored her wishes.

Sienna wanted Noah to stay close to his family and remain in his bubble of happiness. Still, Noah held on to Sienna's previous declarations of love. Even if she didn't see a future between them, he still did. After everything Noah and Sienna had been through, there was heavy, heavy baggage to unpack.

Noah's life in Genoa City didn't match Sienna's lifestyle. She's off balance after everything that happened with Matt. Being married to a man who completely lied about who he was had Sienna questioning everything.

The anxiety that came with returning to where Sienna and Matt spent their life together was undoubtedly difficult. Sienna struggled with the idea that her entire life was a lie. Everything she believed about her husband was fabricated. Nothing was real. The only thing that was true was how twisted and sadistic Matt truly was.

Sienna missed Noah more than she ever thought possible. Noah offered to fix all of her problems. He could make everything that haunted her disappear, but Sienna needed to give him a second chance. Sienna assumed that he meant LA, but Noah asked her to return to Genoa City with him. Their next chapter could be surrounded by his family and friends.

If escaping the demons of her past was really what she wanted, coming with Noah and moving to Genoa City was a solid option. Noah pleaded with Sienna to say yes and agree to return with him.

Sienna agreed to give Noah an answer, but only if he danced with her. While the two were swaying on the rooftop, Sienna looked Noah in the eyes, kissed him,
